Cat Boyfriend and Girlfriend have been on the search for Boyfriend's hat, and they finally found it. But, he's not super willing to give it back. He looks pretty nice in it to...Mod is a skin for Friday Night Funkin' which makes the game more 'cat' themed. It's a canon compliant mod where it turned out Boyfriend has cat ears under his hat, Girlfriend wears a headband to support him, and Pico is the one that stole his hat in the first place. Changes some UI as well to say things like NYAH~!
Okay, that was a nice touch! I mean, even just the menu and reactions were nice touches but giving an explanation for why Boyfriend's hat is missing? Hadn't thought about that. Nice answer! 🤭
I planned the 'Pico stole his hat' thing actually FAR before I made the mod, sense I started the cat ears joke I also joked Pico was one of the only people that knew about the cat ears and intentionally stole the hat to like, annoy him. When added to the mod it's just a bit of visual storytelling, lol.
The menu I wasn't actually planning on doing! I finished Pico and was like, okay! I'm done now... But I also want to do the title now. And hmm, what about the reactions? Or changing the menu colors? Or the backdrop? And then it kept going until I decided I didn't have much else to do.
Wonder what the next update might be...
