The made-up term of alpha woman has the same definition as the phrase boss babe which is a nagging contentious nuisance yet there is no intimidation, there's likely discussed, being annoyed, and not being impressed. Add to that, disappointed. I can fly to another country not in the west and meet a nice lady in a week that is : slim, fun to be with and attractive. I have lived in San Diego 24 years and only dated a couple of women here and that was enough: Large percentage are overweight, many just walk around looking at their phones, They say LIKE every second word, They wear slutty clothes, they say the F and S words all the time which totally low value, And I don't bother with them, but I have heard they most think they are 10's which is just a joke.

I really wouldn't consider women successful because either they got the job through diversity hiring, through coercion, or through some sort of seduction. It's one thing to be able to read a book and recite it back to somebody but it's another thing to be able to rationalize the book and put it into paper which women really don't do, because of their feelings that get in the way. The majority of the wealthiest women in this country got their riches through theft/ divorce.

LA native here- there used to be a lot of men in California that were more in blue collar trades- you know, real guys guys. But the Hollywood film, media, and entertainment industries have pulled men away from the trades in California ESPECIALLY in LA. LA used be a lot more rugged and raw but now there’s a lot turtle neck type soy boys out here. It’s also a reflection of the decline of American society, that being the fact that more young men are not interested in working with their hands.
A woman expecting a guy to be impressed by her career is like a guy trying to impress women by wearing pretty dresses.
I had this same thought last night. Girls with degrees or careers for a guy is not attractive, it’s like ok good for you..on the flip side its the same as a guy trying to impress a girl by wearing makeup or wearing revealing clothes which would probably turn her off, make her laugh or think you’re gay lol

It comes down to 2 main issues: lack of commitment today, which leads to men and women having "lists" that go unfulfilled when said individual doesnt check all the boxes. The second is the incentivizing of divorce. The first issue is a moral issue and harder to fix by law. The second is a legal issue and is simply not being corrected.
It's not intimidation, it's "she doesn't need me", men like to feel needed, it's biology.

American economy requires a two income household to live comfortably. If people make average money then combining incomes is better for the family. The thing is women have to be smarter in which fields they choose to go in. I prefer shorter hours and time off to spend with my family over climbing the cooperate ladder while still putting into retirement.

"Independence" means you will do what you want, when you want. Thats fine, but people who don't know how to be a team player, be considerate of others, and just be willing to compromise in a relationship are going to have a rough road when it comes to finding a long term partner. No body want to put up with that shit, so good luck. And by the way, its not intimidating, it off putting, there is a difference.
Let’s dissect the whole word intimidated in the context women use it. Put dating/sex aside for a second. Suppose you have the following two options on the table and need to make a choice.
A: a job that pays $80k+ a year, great benefits, boss is off your back out of sight out of mind sorta arrangement, you can work 100% from home
B: a job that pays $40k a year, no benefits, you have insane quota requirements, your boss is constantly micromanaging you, you have to be at the office every day no exceptions, you have to dress up everyday
I think not many people would go with option B. Yet, if you were to say that nobody would turn around and tell you it’s because you were intimidated by that job on the contrary you’d be told you took the best option.

I"m moving to S America., I'm 71 and The game plan is to use my VA spousal college benefits,, $1600 per month to live on, while letting my pension accumulate. i intend to put a 20 something woman thru 2-4 years of college, so that she can make serious money in the US. Of course, I get the good stuff while doing so. Then we move to the US, I get 2/3rds of her take home check to cover all of the household expenses, and get paid for my trouble/insight, and she'll decide if she'll divorce me when she becomes a citizen after being here 3 years. If need be and if I"m still interested, at age 78, I'll repeat. Of course, I keep getting the good stuff during that 3 years. If we stay married for 10 years, she'll get half of my (fairly substantial) pension for the rest of her life, unless she remarries. She gets free medical care for life, and her kid gets same until age 21 and gets paid to go to college, too. So I'd say the odds are in my favor that we stay married. When you throw in the fact that shelll get my savings and investment properties. the odds that shell put up with me get pretty good.
I have never seen a woman on the side of the road change a tire or up a ladder cleaning the gutters. I am tired of women's ease with lying.

Its baffling how we continue to hear that men find "strong independent women" intimidating, and the reasons being is because they have their own house, business, cars etc. All exterior stuff that we dont know about you upon first meeting. all my life, I've looked for a woman who could at least watch my back in a foxhole. Haven't come close yet, but there's only half a dozen MEN who qualify (that i"ve met in person) So it's not that strange for there to be no such women.

there's only a dozen women on the face of the EARTH who are adequately skilled with a pistol, (worn concealed) and none who are good enough at hand to hand combat, much less have BOTH skill sets. They just wont put in the needed effort/spend the money for adequate instruction. They could be both in one year, 1 hour per day, 6 days per week, but it would cost $50 an hour for the one on one instruction.needed to do it. 300x $50, 15k, instead of goofing off on-line, and the $5000 or so for guns, ammo, gear. 20k is nothing, actually, a couple of year's college loans. I lived in a van for 3 years on the sales of my plasma, eating free at a church and the SA mission, getting around on a bicyle, so as to save all of my college loan money. It's not difficult, just tedious.
