We upgraded 1 of our 4630s and got a r4038 and parked upgraded to a KBH nurse trailer has 2 3,000 gal tanks 1 over truck axles the other over trailer axles in the center has room from 2 totes and 2 pallets pump mix vat and electric hose reel it comes plumbed 3 in like the sprayer
Nice! We just reconfigured our 8600 international water truck from a 3000gal tank to a 4000gal tank. One of the main differences is we added a drop step off the back for our Chem-handler
Ha! Younger years... I’m reminded of those every time I try to go to sleep. My ears ring all the time, but damn if those straight pipes didn’t sound good!
Looks good. If I find a trailer that suits me I plan on building something similar. I really like the water trailer I have now but it would be nice to carry more than one fill up of water at a time.
Thanks for showing us your Tender Truck. I'm setting up one this Winter. You said you also use Fertilizer I assume it's 28% or 32%,when you mix that where's your water sorce to rinse jugs or Inductor? Also should add check valve to Air Blowout.
Getting ready to setup a new tender trailer, and I was curious if you have any issue with there being so much hose after the pump, and the pump being able to move that? I wouldn't think that'd be a problem, but my sales rep said he's had some guys run into that problem.
Haven’t had one single problem. I could definitely see a problem if it wasn’t plumbed up to use the air on the truck to blow the hose out after filling it up though. 3” hose filled with water is HEAVY
The reel was expensive but I’d definitely do it again. With 50’ of hose, if it’s too wet to pull truck in the field, we can leave it parked on side of road and fill up
Nice ladder-to-rail guard design!
Sweet setup Matt. You an Kelly are some good folks. God bless you and your family.

I’ve seen a lot of trailers with 6,000 gallons add that drop step for the mixing station.
Matt that is a nice setup easy loading chemicals and I like the hose reel
Definitely a fine water truck looks like u got it lined out ready for action

@@griggsfarmsllc thank you
would you do the 3" hose reel again? or a supported swing arm? Thanks Bruce

Hi have you ever had to use your water truck as a fire truck , your self or neighbors.
Not yet and I hope it stays that way!
How's those steers doing?
