I've just been listening to the live-stream. But I couldn't leave a real comment there. I like Rosa's enthusiasm very much. It's a pleasure to listen to hear.
It depends! When you are talking about a feature,a quality you have got or some characteristic which are unalterable or permanent, you say Yo soy or simply Soy eg SOY IRLANDÉS = I'M IRISH! SOY LISTO = I'M SMART (INTELLIGENT) SOY ALTO(I AM TALL) On the other hand if you talk about something which is not permanent or when you are taking about location of something, you use Estoy eg ESTOY FELIZ =I'M HAPPY!(But I won't always be happy) ESTOY LISTO(I'M READY(ANOTHER MEANING OF 'LISTO/LISTA)but I won't always be ready. Moreover it's used to form present continuous tense. Eg POR FAVOR,NO ME MOLESTES ESTOY TRABAJANDO!= PLEASE DON'T DISTURB ME I AM WORKING! Moreover when we talk about the location of something we always use "Estar" eg. Estoy en la escuela(en el colegio) I am at school. Está lejos de aquí =It's far from here! I hope this helps you a little! Ciao!

İs I'm yo soy or estoy?

Soy hablante nativo, i'm = yo soy, yo estoy
