getting my life together 😭 i finally went to the gym, new hair cut, getting out of my comfort zone

okay guys are you proud of me? coz I really am. like really. I still cannot believe I actually went to the gym. I have a very big fear of the gym since I didn’t grow up being an athletic kid so i just thought it was just never a possibility for me to go to a gym. but I realized there really isn't anything to be scared of. i told myself it'll be ok and I'm gonna do it coz what's the worst that can happen?
once I decided to make a membership, things became easier. everything also seem a lot easier and achievable. I just hope this vlog motivates you and tells you that you can do anything you put your mind to! don't be scared! we got this!!
