I think I like the Kaiba/Yugi tin better... Guaranteed 3 quarter century secrets... yea you have more odds of not getting the one you want but it seem the other tin only gives you the one promo unless there is an incredibly slim chance to get a qcr out of those packs.
Honestly, after opening both I would agree with you. The promo in the 2023 Dueling Heroes tin is the only QCR you can get, the highest rarity in the mega packs are Prismatic Secret Rare. Dueling Mirrors tin FTW!!!
