It was properly a b20 non vtec or a LS b18 non vtec with a small turbo making 230-250 wheel tops. I pulled on a 1900-2k lb gutted EF hatch turbo making 260 wheel in my 230whp 2640 allmotor prelude.
@@SGTRacing possibly the stall converter helps to and a little bit of weight reduction. I know when I put the stall converter on my Camaro it made a pretty big difference off the line.

Not gonna lie, FWD Turbo car people need to step their suspension game up if they wanna be better at digs lol. If more dudes setup their suspension more for better launches and dialed them in, I think they could be murderous!!
Don’t ask me how but many guys with quick and some fast FF cars get off the line pretty good on street tires. Not even a full slick. I’m talking about cats out here in SoCal. This groups of Hondas especially run from a dig and do very well. The allmotor cars will run away from this turbo coupe.
@@TheBb6prelude Yeah man cuz I'm a Mitsu guy but I see how the Mirage Coupe brothers setup their cars and they are launching almost as quick and as smooth as some RWD cars with slicks and without. The PR guys mainly. I personally believe it's because of those short transmissions too causing all that wheel spin because the shorter gear transmissions seem to also be better setup for NA engines. I say, when you're going turbo, the B18B1 LS trans should do MUCH better for turbo setup instead of the GSR or EM1 trans cuz they seem to spin it much more aggressively up top at redline whereas LS trans seems more smooth and linear so you can get grip much easier albeit you may lose out on being "quick" per say

He’s got driver mod. Ppl think an auto is just mash the gas and go but it’s not that simple. That stall helps out so much and the gears as eell
