Great system, Kallie! Confession time. Paper used to be the bane of my existence. Even though my home was usually neat and clean, at one time I had so much paper I stashed it in large grocery bags in my bedroom closet. It haunted me all the time.. A few years ago I took 2 days to go through it and found 99% of it was garbage! I filled the kitchen trash can twice and nearly burned out my shredder. I now have a system similar to yours and it has worked for years! It's never too late to do this..no matter how much or how little paper clutter you have. XO❤

1 thing I’ve done that’s really helped is having a binder with clear plastic paper protectors inside. I put all warranty information along with receipts for the product and owners manuals for any item we buy (refrigerators, watches, technology etc.) It’s easy to find if we need it because it’s clear and we can easily see what’s inside. This also is easy to clean out 1x every year or two because we can easily see and throw out old warranties or manuals/receipts we don’t need anymore for items we no longer own etc. It’s kind of like your home binder but for important things you don’t need to see often but need to have quick and easy access to if needed.
It is so important to get organised with paperwork while kids are young because once they go to school there is double and often parents are working more so time to focus on paperwork is much less -thanks for the hints
We use an accordion file box to keep track of warranty info, instruction booklets, diagrams (irrigation system, sound system components). I often refer to it for “how do I ….?” Or “who can fix this?” We sold our house this spring after 18 years and left this info for the buyers. Our realtor said he’d never had such a complete file … it made the transition so easy for everyone. New file/new house includes ALL the manuals and instructions (fridge, washer, garage doors, irrigation, generator, HVAC …). Super useful.
Thanks to YOU, I created a section in my small house for this purpose ONLY. I made it to a system that applies to our family. One rule I have it's AVOID visual paper clutter. Thank you for the video and yes I watch these as I do housework. The one pile I have not mentioned is shred. I keep a shred pile so the act of shredding doesn't distract me. I also have time for second thought to think something through before it get destroyed; sort of "are you sure you want to delete this?" message. I really avoid the think about it pile, that pile will end up the tallest one. My receipts don't get an immediate toss because I track my spending in a calendar binder. I make an effort to get off company lists. The worst offender for me is the personal writing. I am a writer and it is really tough to part with the blood, sweat and tears that went into writing the piece. I keep it in a three ring folder. I shredded several years of journals. I am not sure what I will do with the binders. I live in a 930 Sq ft home. I cant save everything.
Really great ideas Kallie! I hold onto my receipts because it may be something I need to use again (eg. need to return something). So I put them into a small plastic bag labeled with the name of the credit card. Then monthly, when I get my statement, I match them and then file them into a file for “receipts for --- (year)”. I hang onto them for a year and then recycle if I don’t need them. Occasionally I have needed to go back into receipts so it helps me find them. For Debit card receipts, I put them in another bag and check them back to my monthly statement from the bank. It is something I have needed to refer to often. Thanks for the great ideas!
I usually add one more category, which falls under “trash it”, and that’s “shred it” because not everything can just be shredded right at the garbage bin.
There are different options, but you can also get one of these stamps that effectively blacks out your personal details on papers, allowing you to "shred" it with no shredder. www.amazon.com/Miseyo-Identity-Theft-Protection-Roller/dp/B07BRVSNNX/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=shred+stamp&qid=1624548309&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExSVZRMUZGOERFUUFSJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUExMDE4NzkzM0k3VldQWDlOMkxTUiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwODI3MjkzREU3WjJQNUg0SlNDJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== xox
Thank you so much. I have a file cabinet but I could never figure out how to get rid of initial piles and get everything into the files. I needed the middle step of your system, because the piles just overwhelm. Breaking it down, like you showed, is so helpful. Thank you so much!
I live in the country, so we have a burn bin (a metal can for burning paper). I've been going through old boxes. So far I've burned 3 tall kitchen bags full of paper. Yup, paper got away from me!
Another great one Callie ! I wish I discovered this early on, I would have prevented so much stress. But now I have so much more peace and mastery over my paper, bills, and money. It’s so worth tackling. Thank-you ! I believe you’re helping to prevent a lot of anxiety, depression, and divorces.
The binder is literally a game changer. I do the same with our bills and receipts and important paperwork. Organises everything right away and doesnt take up any space 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 high five
Thank you for this video, Kallie! Having paper clutter is my worst habit. I recently discovered your channel and I've been binge watching all your videos since :') I love organization and I'm working to build some minimalist and tidying habits to keep my spaces clean and organized. Thank you for your hard work on this channel; I appreciate your tips and advice!
Same here! Just found you about a week ago and your videos are definitely inspiring. I have been working toward minimizing our home for a year now. Slow going but have made lots of improvement.
Hi Kallie! I've recently found your channel in the last few months, and I've been binging random videos today and I just LOVE all the organization and hack ideas that you have. Thank you so much for creating/posting content that is informational, RELATABLE, and enjoyable. *ahem* I'm going to go through all my random papers that are now discarded in random hiding places around my apartment... :-p
Bravo 👏. I do most of what you suggest. Any paper that comes into our house, mail school etc.. goes on the kitchen island. I am the one who goes through it only bc I’m the only one that hates the paper diarrhea that piles up in our house. So like you, I get on it asap. Any paper that is not necessary I have to rip it twice. Then I recycle it. That tells me and my family that I have seen it, read it, and dismissed it. Bills get paid online as soon as they arrive and they are posted to the pay by date, so I don’t forget to pay it and then the bill gets filled in my filing cabinet. I don’t like paperless bc as a teacher I don’t always see the email bc of all the daily work emails. Paper is easier. I hold all bills for at least 5 years, then they get shredded. I did not know what to do with the “I’ll think about pile” normally I force myself to keep it and it ends up like you said little piles everywhere… the diarrhea piles is what I call them… yes they disgust me. I like the idea of your vertical shelf. I could use that. Neat tidy and in one place. A forever home. Can you please share a link for it? The app fetch you mentioned, is it available in Canada?? 🇨🇦
I'm guessing it's not buying a bunch of Gerbils? [edit] but seriously your timing is right on time. Just last night I was going thru a box of bills that span more than a decade, trying to determine which pile to shred 1st. A new shredder was even delivered yesterday. The 1st thing I wanted to shred was the instructions but I thought I should read them 1st. Thanks for this!
I bought a vermiculture system to handle our paper and food waste. By the end of this year I should be able to process all of our paper waste and kitchen scraps per day. And have a square foot of worm castings every other month.
Paper clutter is a big thing!! My dining table and one end table in the living room seems to be dumping grounds for them. I need to try these ideas. I know I don't have time to do a home binder, but I definitely like the think about it bin! I saw when Dawn talked about it, but I'm just afraid things will sit and sit in there. I need to write it in my planner and make a specific day of the week to go through it and stick to it. Like you, our papers for bills either goes in my office or my husband's office. The main bills of the home goes in his office, but all the papers from my son's dialysis things, insurance things and such are in mine-both are downstairs. Now that my dining room table is finally cleaned off-now is the time to do it!
Ooh girl!! My dining table, nightstands, dresser..was full of paper. UNTIL I was done with it! I created an area in my home for this purpose ONLY Now all those papers are hidden and sort(not perfect), but easy enough for me and my husband to go thru
Love it. Great “hybrid” to catch it all. Know you have a very busy home life with kiddos and other things I’m sure, but would love to see more videos from you! (I’m all caught up on your previous videos so now I have to wait a week (!) to see you again (sounds creepy crazy but swear I’m not!). Regardless, thanks for what you do - I enjoy “hanging out” with ya!
I loved this so much! I hate HATE paper. I live in such a small studio and never really sure what to do. I think I have a system but then things end up being stacked. I don't really have a place in my studio to put a vertical bin but I do like the folder system. Thanks so much! This was SO relatable! 💜
@@mariahsheehy5917 Hi Mariah! Great ideas. The only place would be the back of my closet door. Everywhere else is too open. I've thought about the back of my door but I'd like it more assessable, to where I can see it. In my closet it's out of sight out of mind. I have the files in a wicker basket for now. 😊💜
I love this! I thought that I was the only one that had piles and piles of paper that was so overwhelming! I will definitely be trying this in our new home when we move!
omg using binders is genius! I get overwhelmed with paper bills and end up not picking them up until weeks later and getting overwhelmed trying to find them between a bunch of credit card offers. Thank you for this!
I saved this video and watched " listened" to it many times. One night when I had time I listened to it and paused it several time while taking note and made an outline. Now I have a visual to reference. I have gone through my "long term- file it" papers and organized it all. It is a big weight off my shoulders. I have a Home Binder to categorize, the Complete Folder and File it Ben. I am thrilled to have this! Thank you for making the video!
Every time I sit down to clean up paperwork I find myself wasting time with some things "I want to think about" Charity donations, political surveys, offers for services that I may soon be in the market for, etc. Now I will have a "think about it" file. That is brilliant!!! Thank you so much, I'm sure that's where I waste the most time is trying to decide what to do with some things that come in the mail because I want to "think about it" for a day or two.
I basically do this but I don't keep up with the 'piles'. As you mentioned you have to tackle other right away and then keep.up with it. Thanks for another great video.
Great ideas. I love these simply solutions for managing paper clutter! I think I always try to make my organizing too complicated then the system fails! Thanks for the great tips! Just got my first fetch reward too! 🙌🏻
Awesome system! Paper is a big pain sometimes. For my appliance manuals, large purchase receipts etc, I keep a large binder with page protectors. Whenever I put something new into it, I go through and purge the items that we no longer have, or whatever and get rid of them. This system works great for us, because if something happens, I know right away where everything is.
It took me 6 years to figure out but a game changer was putting a recycling bin (aka a Trader Joe’s paper bag) right by the front door. Mail comes in and junk mail immediately goes in the bag. Total game changer n
I always put the pull-up, wipes, and Amazon boxes by the front door for large garbage items to save space in the garbage can. Junk mail goes right in there, too.
Categories: 1. Toss it quick 2. Complete it as quick as you can (binder) 3. File it (your filing cabinet maybe in another room so you have a category for this - sometimes it’s tricky to know what you need to keep and what you can just throw away) Marie Kondo says get rid of most of all the paper. 4. think about it/time will tell. I’m going to hold onto this paper for as big as this basket is and then I will throw it away. I will delude myself into thinking I will do something with it, but I should’ve thrown it away in the beginning.
it was great to see your presentation of your organization style. its simplicity is very refreshing and i took note of a few good ideas i liked. on a side note of video production, i recommend drinking half decaf coffee before you film. there were 5 points where I had to go back and re watch because sooooo much detail was presented sooooo fast i couldn't remember the first 3 things you talked about. i finally figured out i needed to slow the video down to 0.75 speed so i could hear your full presentation and comprehend your talking points. thank you for sharing your helpful information. it is helping me tackle a big project.
My four areas are trash, shred, to-do (such as bills or correspondence) and “later” basket. I do as much as possible on-line but still get some paper stuff. Once a week I will go the my to-do & later baskets. I give myself 1-2 weeks to read & review items. I am working on a home binder system that will work for me, right now it is still in a trial & error stage. But I like how you have yours set up.
@@jillpolino6273 The most important thing I do is to schedule things in my cell phone. And I set reminders for the “Must Be Done” items. I also try to schedule things, like paperwork, for times when I know I will have some down time. I had to try different days and times but found that going through my to-do basket once a week, usually on a Sunday night, helps get the week started off on the right foot. As I only get paid once a month, I schedule the 25th of each month to review my bills and set up the payments to be paid in the following month. Some people like the auto-pay feature for all their bills but the only way I found to not go overboard on spending, is to review all my bills monthly. Things that have no change to the amount paid, such as insurance premiums, cell phone, etc. I will go ahead and do auto-pay for them. My “later basket” is usually done on Sunday mornings as I can take the time to read any magazines or catalogs and can then put them out for recycling which happens on Mondays. I hope this helps you!
@@stowie5790 as I tend to procrastinate with paperwork I use my downtime with self/care these days … so I need to schedule and systematically do my paperwork. Do you have a specific time that seems to work for you?
I love your videos and how concisely you explained your system. These are definitely ideas I will use. However there’s no category for the paper source that piles up the fastest in our house - kids art and schoolwork! Ahhhh! I’m wracked with guilt about throwing things away, but what’s the point of storing it? Even taking pictures of the art just piles up (digitally)
Maybe they need their own "think about it" bin that is gone through at the end of term and they decide what to keep, photograph, gift to family, use as wrapping paper and throw away.
You could keep them for a week and at the end of the week they get to decide which one is their best work of art. At the end of the year you would have 52 pieces of paper that you could bind together and create a book per child. If 52 sounds like too much, you can make them decide again at the end of each month which one is their best and you would get 12 pieces of paper a year 🤔. About getting digital copies, you could use a cloud like google photos or Amazon photos so they don’t take space out of your phone and they survive changing devices
I put a shredder right by the garage door that I walk into and immediately shred junk mail which has really helped reduce the amount of paper I actually have to deal with.
What a great system! At this moment besides a few small piles of papers in various places, I have a table in my office with a stack of paper that is... Not kidding or exaggerating... Over 2 ft tall. And it's not just a neat stack of paper. It covers the entire table at that depth. As I watched your video, I jumped on my computer and ordered the stuff you were talking about on Amazon.
I use a small plastic zipper bag I bought from the Dollar Tree store to hold my receipts. I keep this bag in my car and put receipts I want to save in it right away. Then, I always have the receipts with me when I need them. 😎
As a former legal/executive admin, I found it better to do more digital filing. Have receipts emailed, then put them in a digital file. If you’re using the app to get rewards, can you use digital receipts? Scan items that you don’t need to have as originals. I use Mint to track spending and categorize each other expenditures. I shred anything before tossing and black out me name and address.
I already do alot of this. I use a 12 pocket folder that houses bank statements. Tax info. Etc at end of year I go through. I keep house maint. In a binder. I also have insurances binder and refresh regularly.
Kallie, thank you for sharing your system with us. I just subscribed early this morning. I have been overwhelmed by a cluttered desk in our kitchen and a small mountain of stuff in our living/dining area. Now, I can set up a vertical file like I had on the wall years ago. Looking forward to more of your older videos.
I started using Fetch several months ago when you mentioned it in another video. Thank you so much! To date I’ve probably earned about $25 in gift cards, just for scanning my receipts!!
I use a 2page a day planner. I copy by hand grocery & hardware store receipts (item, how many & cost). Good for future reference. [Is this a good sale price? Compare to last purchase]. Also keep health records so can tell doctor (have a watch that tracks time slept & exercises, steps, etc). I am 71 & have some heart problems. Also keep a list of things I need or want to buy later. My planner is always with me.
@Ro. Can you explain how to get the code. I can't use Fetch without a code. There is no info within the app explaining where I'm supposed to get a code.
Great tips ! Over the years I have made many folders similar to yours it really helps running your house! My problem is piles of recipes lol From magizines, videos,tv food shows awww😕I try to organize by holidays, meats, salads but just ends up in huge " to think about" pile. Always want a new idea to make for grandkids, any ideas? Anyone😊
Not long ago, I went through some of my cookbooks and clipped out the recipes I am most likely to use. Generally they are simple ones, but also the ingredients are what I already use for many of the dishes I make. These two criteria are applicable to recipes from magazines or anywhere else. Among the cookbooks I still need to go through is a Betty Crocker (3 ring) of my mother's, which of course has recipes she frequently made for us. Because it's falling apart, I will be clipping only those recipes with memories. Don't yet know how many there will be. Mom also used recipes from can labels - green beans in mushroom soup topped with onion rings. Another one was bean burgers, using canned beans mixed with a couple other ingredients and baked on a pan slid into a paper grocery bag. That was a favorite for our New Year's eve party.
I love this system I’m going to have to try this! I have a fire file safe but I think investing in an actual filing cabinet would be helpful. Also I’ve been using fetch rewards and IT IS WORTH IT! so far I’ve gotten $20 of gift cards
One thing you did not discuss (unless I missed it) was paper that needs to be shredded. I have gone paperless on as many things as I can and signed up for the "do not send" on the credit offers but I still get that stuff. I'm not comfortable just throwing it in the trash. I have a shredder bin and a grandson who loves to shred my papers.
Hi! Great ideas. I tend to keep my billing statements until the end of the month and then I will shred them. I’m going to go paperless so I won’t have to keep doing this. Love fetch rewards! 💜
My system would literally be a file cabinet and a recycling bin tbh. Anything important, I will take care of the minute I see it. Most of my mail is junk mail and any bills or billing statements I get in the mail are also available online, so I don’t need to keep those. I’m struggling to figure out what I actually need to keep because everything is online now, I just have a paper copy for some reason.
Hey Kallie, where did you find the wire vertical basket for the wall. I think I'd like to do something like this in my kitchen (?) to help me get my paper under control!
Video Notes Categories of Paper: Chuck it, complete it, file it, think about it. Kallie keeps a home binder with papers that she can reference to run her household.
Great ideas... what do you recommend on keeping electronic bills, etc. I’m really not sure how long we should keep those. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful ideas with us.
@@jennytini733 thanks for the info. Unfortunately no Target anymore here in Canada☹️. We do have Michaels though, and they are on SALE! However they are all sold out online and at local stores. This pandemic has really made me work my patience muscles.
Love your videos! 💚 Im using an accordion file notebook that fits above my fridge. I'm using your method for each section. I love it! I can just grab the book if I need it on the go / different location like the doctors, school, or grocery store.
I do something similar - but I either trash it, pay the bill or file it and if the job takes less than 2 minutes to complete I do it straight away. I take pictures of permission slips, receipts and random flyers and chuck the paper copy. Digital where I can! Excess paper is annoying!!
I take a permanent marker with me to the post office. Anything like junk mail I tear into tiny pieces and/or use the marker to mark through. Then I head to the house with mail. I have a shredder box and a bills box. I just started a magazine box which I keep for "waiting" times. Also have a "Goodwill" box in the trunk and I use "used" gift bags for book donations also in the car as I volunteer there weekly. I need to expand to this method. I think it would help. I have a kinda sorta system with dollar store containers but it could be fine tuned to her system.

There are different options, but you can also get one of these stamps that effectively blacks out your personal details on papers, allowing you to "shred" it with no shredder. www.amazon.com/Miseyo-Identity-Theft-Protection-Roller/dp/B07BRVSNNX/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=shred+stamp&qid=1624548309&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExSVZRMUZGOERFUUFSJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUExMDE4NzkzM0k3VldQWDlOMkxTUiZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwODI3MjkzREU3WjJQNUg0SlNDJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== xox
That's how I have it too:
"Shred it"
"Trash it"
"Fill out"
"Immediate attention"
"Keep and file it"
Thank you so much.
OMGOSH I'M SO GUILTY OF THIS FOR DECADES AND STILL BATTLING THIS PROBLEM. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO AND YOUR ORGANIZATION IDEAS. GBY ALWAYS!
Ditto here !! Decades … will implement this system for sure
I bought a vermiculture system to handle our paper and food waste. By the end of this year I should be able to process all of our paper waste and kitchen scraps per day. And have a square foot of worm castings every other month.
Awww
I created an area in my home for this purpose ONLY
Now all those papers are hidden and sort(not perfect), but easy enough for me and my husband to go thru
Shuffling piles ?? I’m digitalizing all paper. Love to learn how you would organize digitally. 🙏
You can get vertical file things for desks. You also could put them on a door in a closet.
Appreciate idea using hanging trays, does not take up space, is neat. Thank you 😁
I love the think about it pile! It's always those tricky not-right-now not-super-important but not-throw-away papers that cause an issue!!!
LOVE your ideas! This is my hardest thing to organize and to declutter. Thank you!
Love the random scrunchie on the doorknob! lol I thought I was the only one 😂
Saw that too and smiled
I basically do this but I don't keep up with the 'piles'. As you mentioned you have to tackle other right away and then keep.up with it. Thanks for another great video.
Have an awesome Fathers' Day!
Great ideas. I love these simply solutions for managing paper clutter! I think I always try to make my organizing too complicated then the system fails! Thanks for the great tips! Just got my first fetch reward too! 🙌🏻
I’d like to see your basement setup and organization.
Yes please!
Yup, one drawer in an office organizer is strictly manuals.
I really like your home binder idea. I've tried doing something like this before, but made it too complicated. I will give this a try! Thank you!
This is awesome!!! We so need this. Paper clutter drives me crazy! Thank you Kallie!
This actually seems like a system that I can do without going nuts or giving up!
Great idea!!!
Categories:
1. Toss it quick
2. Complete it as quick as you can (binder)
I’m learning to slow down and put junk mail into the trash bin outside. I scan my receipts into Fetch every Monday.
it was great to see your presentation of your organization style. its simplicity is very refreshing and i took note of a few good ideas i liked. on a side note of video production, i recommend drinking half decaf coffee before you film. there were 5 points where I had to go back and re watch because sooooo much detail was presented sooooo fast i couldn't remember the first 3 things you talked about. i finally figured out i needed to slow the video down to 0.75 speed so i could hear your full presentation and comprehend your talking points. thank you for sharing your helpful information. it is helping me tackle a big project.
And yes. I multitask or do a cabinet watch a video do another cabinet watch a video. I also get encouragement by the videos as I declutter.
Thank you for your videos, Kallie. Love watching them and getting smart ideas.
I struggle with finding a good time within the week for my to-do, any tricks?
I recently found your channel and I love it. Your content is so clear and easy to implement. Just want to say Great work.
Organize 365’s Sunday Basket is the cure for ALL MY PAPER WOES🥳🥰
You're a genius! The think about it system is amazing, I'll be trying it!
Try the Rocketbook 😊 helps the paper clutter a lot and I LOVE mine!
Love your organizational videos! Game changers! Can you tell me where you got your wire basket wall file holder! Thank You🙂
As a former legal/executive admin, I found it better to do more digital filing. Have receipts emailed, then put them in a digital file. If you’re using the app to get rewards, can you use digital receipts? Scan items that you don’t need to have as originals. I use Mint to track spending and categorize each other expenditures. I shred anything before tossing and black out me name and address.
I have found that Fetch doesn't work with Yahoo mail but will work with Gmail. You do have to register your email in the app.
Really helpful thank you. Im struggling thru this now. Showing how you run thru it in a day with reveal life applications was helpful too
Kallie, I'm so grateful I found your channel. ❤
This is absolutely sooo genius! Totally plan on working this into my life!
I use this system! It is pretty great! I still have a back up of things to file but I definitely have it all in one place and off flat surfaces.
I really love your system! I am really overwhelmed with the piles of paper. I am definitely going to try what I've learned from this video!
I really dislike paper, it stresses me out. Your system sounds like it may work for me. TFS
Loved this video. Paper is my nemesis!
Thank you!!!! I just went thru all unnecessary receipts! Thank you for the info about Fetch too..I just downloaded it!
I started using Fetch several months ago when you mentioned it in another video. Thank you so much! To date I’ve probably earned about $25 in gift cards, just for scanning my receipts!!
I keep a box outside by my fire pit, when I get my mail I don't even bring the junk mail in my house.Works for me!
Great video! Paper is the bane of my existence!
🙌. Ohhhhh sooooo true‼️I’m going to tackle my paper today 🥴. Stay safe & well❣️
I use a 2page a day planner.
I like the child-proof door knob sis
Love Fetch! I use this all the time.
@Ro. Can you explain how to get the code. I can't use Fetch without a code. There is no info within the app explaining where I'm supposed to get a code.
@@maggierose97
Do you mean Kallie's code so you can get your free starter points?
@@rlbx58 i don't know. It says "Enter referral code "
@@maggierose97
I think there is an option to proceed without the code.
@@rlbx58 Thanks so much for your help. There is no way to get around the code screen. I'm just going to delete it. I don't need the stress.
Love this system! Paper clutter will be my downfall 😩
So glad I found this video! saved it for future reference. Love your system. ON IT TODAY!!!. Thank You.
Thank you for this. Paper is my issue for sure. I will see what works for me and go from there. Love your ideas. 😊
Hey Kallie, where did you find the wire vertical basket for the wall. I think I'd like to do something like this in my kitchen (?) to help me get my paper under control!
Video Notes
Categories of Paper: Chuck it, complete it, file it, think about it.
Kallie keeps a home binder with papers that she can reference to run her household.

Thanks I was wondering if someone had written a simplified list
*Me sitting here sorting papers* It's as if she can read my mind.
Great ideas... what do you recommend on keeping electronic bills, etc. I’m really not sure how long we should keep those. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful ideas with us.
This was an awesome video. I will take many of your suggestions and implement them to organize myself. Thank you for sharing your insights.
Have a fabulous day chicka!!! Xoxox for the kiddos!!!
Wondering where you got the three tier hanging paper organizer? Love it! Want it!
Hobby lobby usually has things like this.
Michael’s & target have some
@@junekazama7 thanks for the info. I did see a similar one on their website but I would need it shipped to Canada and unfortunately they don’t☹️
Always such great ideas and inspiration! Can’t wait to tackle our paper now! Thanks, Kallie.
Great video! Will def try this. Also, green paint on your hand 😂 toddler mom here too!
