Yes sir Josh!! I think joe out a good team together. I'm just worried about Gase bro. No reason why we shouldn't at least be 9-7 this yr. Don't want to hear that schedule excuse either. Everyone in our division has a tough schedule.
I mean, that's just simply not true. Pickens is a much better route runner than Cager and his is quite a bit faster than him too. They had almost identical stats at the time that Cager went down. Cager had 77 more yards than Pickens, but they were both tied in touchdowns. You need to consider that Pickens was essentially buried on the depth chart as well. Demetrius Robertson and Tyler Simmons were both in front of Pickens which significantly hindered him from getting snaps. In the final four games of the season, Pickens was able to obtain 68% of the total yardage that Cager gained in the 8 total games he got to play in. Pickens was also able to obtain 4 more touchdowns in this 4 game stretch. Statistically, Pickens was almost able to do what Cager did in half the amount of games played once he was moved up in the depth chart. Don't get me wrong, I think Lawrence was having a great year and he was very clutch, but Pickens is far far better. Hell, Pickens only played in 8 games this year and still put up better numbers despite playing the majority of the season with a quarterback who could barely throw the ball 30 yards down the field. Now that we have an actual threat at the QB spot, I suspect we'll be seeing a lot more of George Pickens' deep threat ability.
Between him, Denzel Mims, and Campbell we got some 🔥 in the WR corp

@@davidjamal378 yeah it is put up or shut up for the offensive guru Gase this year
None of those receivers are proven at the next level. You can actually say Jets have a weak WR group until they go out and put up numbers.
People forget how much better he was than Pickens. I had barely heard of Pickens before Cager got hurt, and left the role up to Pickens.

Jets gonna have a beast of a receiver with a healthy Cager. He’s like Doug Baldwin. UDFA but Seattle’s best receiver I believe
Good Comp👍
