The artifacts aren't that good. They have 19 crit rate. They're literally never going to crit so those high rolls in crit damage don't matter. They only have about 100 crit damage from artifacts (start with 50, asencion gives you 40, Homa gives u 67) which would be impressive, but since they don't have a crit rate circlet it doesn't matter.
I got a guaranteed for her (yes, my luck is bad enough that I know I will always lost 50/50) and if her banner is 2nd in 2.2 I will have enough to get her even if I have to hit hard pity :)

The artifacts aren't that good. They have 19 crit rate. They're literally never going to crit so those high rolls in crit damage don't matter.
