"Finale" is the theme of one of the four final bosses of UNDERTALE, Photoshop Flowey. Photoshop Flowey is fought if you haven't reached the requirements for any other final boss and you haven't fought him since the last TRUE RESET, which you can do after Saving Asriel Dreemurr. Photoshop Flowey is the form Flowey takes after absorbing the six Human SOULs at the barrier, just after Asgore dies. If you have fought him before and haven't performed a TRUE RESET, he'll free the SOULs on his own because he remembers his previous defeat, recognizing you'll just beat him again.
UNDERTALE is an RPG released by Toby Fox. It is available on PC, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo Switch. Feel free to buy the game, which I would highly recommend

I decided to put actual effort into the Finale sprites but couldn't put them in the video after it was published, so I had to make an updated version with the new sprites. The audio itself is almost untouched, so just watch whichever one you prefer.

I use a web-based software called Beepbox. The Square Wave and Triangle Wave are for most instruments, while the Chip Noise can be used as a drum.
