Nathan did well in movies though. His solid look and aura will always make him a good candidate whenever a cast requires a big, scary-looking guy. I remember back in the day, there were rumours he was going to be Marduk in the Tekken movie.
Nathan Jones was awesome. I actually remember being surprised when he left WWE because I thought he was going to be a huge star. All these guys messing with him were obviously just threatened by him and insecure. It's good to know he's done well in Hollywood.
From Cagematch, the last match Nathan Jones wrestled was in Singapore, teaming with Matt Morgan and The Big Show against John Cena, Bradshaw, and Hardcore Holly. The next day when Jones bailed in Australia, the match ended up being Morgan and Show vs Cena and Holly.
If vince liked him so much I'm sure he would've accommodated Nathan and ordered the backstage hazers to leave him alone by threatening to fire them Such a shame both Nathan and Sean o hare(rip) were the two that really stood out to me in 2003 soo much potential it's infuriating makes me resent holly and bradshaw the jealous miserable bastards
I totally agree with Nathan 100% I don't like all that locker room chicanery... I would have said something right away and I would have left too.. I don't blame him one bit for doing that
The ultra manly world of professional wrestling was too childish for him it seems Isn't a rib the back in the day version of destroying sombodies stuff and then saying just a prank bro, he wouldn't have had a lot of that in solitary I imagine
Matt says Nathan hid his frustrations well, but I wonder if Nathan ever asked the boys to stop messing with him? Who in their right mind would wanna piss him off? One of the scariest looking dudes to ever step foot in the ring
All I can say is the guys that hazed Nathan Jones are lucky that they had all the rules to protect them, and that Nathan had self-control. They would have become a chalk outline if they did that to him outside of the companies rules.
Just makes you wonder is Nathan and Matt and La Resistance were around in hhh’s NXT era, you guys would have thrived. Back then the environment sounds Toxic as hell
The 1st time I saw him I was like " Holy shit " this guy is a monster !

he was in the tekken movie. he is also in the new Road Warrior movie. He is a great actor!
@@ducklife420 he was not in the Tekken movie. He was in the recent Mortal Kombat movie though.
I feel bad for all the guys in that generation. They are put in very traumatic situations and you have to no sell it.
It's called being a man little boy. Grow up, your time is coming
And yeah we all no sell it, because that's what being a man is

Or just let him stick up for himself
Matt Morgan was a phenomenal wrestler. Got screwed over with the stuttering.
Good interview, gotta get Nathan on
7 foot bank robber...
hilarious, Nathan if I recall robbed serveral banks, can't be that hard finding a 7 foot dude
No. But it’s damn hard to find someone who will put up with all the bull crap of the wwe locker room.
A legendary story!
Nathan Jones is the single scariest looking human I've ever seen. A giant monster who is about 3x faster and more agile than he looks.

Such a missed opportunity, same with O'Haire
O'Haire was his own worst enemy
Nathan Jones has successful acting career
Cool 😎

DUdell matt just said that you couldn't do anything or the company would retaliate against you. That's what he hated
@@mrc6808Well you got stories about Steve Blackman beating up Bradshaw or Booker T & Batista so i have to question that theory lol
Nathan Jones, Matt Morgan, Kevin Nash, one hell of a faction that would've been. Or match.
Keep up the good work
When I heard Matt say "Vince LOVED him", I can picture Vince's EXCITEMENT face.
Always wondered what happened to him
I remember Nathan was on Lesnar's team with Matt and Big Show at Survivor Series 03 and he looked pretty solid, tbh.
I remember them hyping up Nathan jones with vignettes lol…and his character did very little when they brought him in
Always like Matt and Nathan as the monstrous tag team! So tall so huge intimating as team lesnar
Rip Lenny
Man I remember the team of
Brock, Big Show, Nathan, Morgan, and A-Train
Team was fucking scary. Full of power house guys.

1.31..the palmer cannon redux
Who was it that pissed off Jones?
If I had to guess, Bradshaw and Bob Holly would be candidates
Add Chris Benoit to the list as well.
This must have been during 2003-2004. I say that, because during this time Benoit and Eddie were white hot. Same for Cena.
Interview ideas 💡
Violent j, val venus, Shannon moore
Just makes you wonder is Nathan and Matt and La Resistance were around in hhh’s NXT era, you guys would have thrived. Back then the environment sounds Toxic as hell
Well you have HHH , Bradshaw & Bob Holly among others in those past eras so I can only imagine the experience
@@MASTER3371 Bob and JBL were on hand at NXT?
@@crimsonite2044 No the environment back then
@@MASTER3371 yeah thats why I said in HHH’s NXT time
More charismatic than lesnar
*Markyd123 yes he’s so good. Shove it squad. Hawk Hogan. Dudes hilarious.
