My favorite combo right now is Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and the Pattern Beauty Mousse. These two together leave my hair so moisturized, shiny, and defined. It gets bigger each day. Today is day five of my wash and go, and one of my students, I teach at a middle school, raised her hand to ask me what products I use. Kids can be brutally honest, so I appreciated the compliment.
Will definitely have to try that SM smoothie use to be my goat 🐐🥰
I like a lot of combos. 🤔 One of my regular revisits has been Kinky-Curly Leave in + Kinky-Curly Curling Custard + Paul Mitchel Extra Body Gel.
I also like a number of other combos that start with Kinky-Curly Curling Custard topped with stronger hold gels.
I can't wait to try some of these combos!! My favorite combo that lasts 7 days Is the Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie with the Weline Xtreme gel!! It clumps my curls so well. And sometimes when I want to refresh all I have to do is spray a little water on my hair and the product reactivates
I use that combo too but add the Camille rose honey leave-in first and it leaves my hair soft but still super defined.
I love UFD Curly Magic under Wetline; I used that combo before my 11 night honeymoon and my hair was still set (and not crispy dry) when we got home 🙌🏾

My holy grail combos are the Melanin leave-in & cream with the Wetline gel (blue gel or clear with green top)..
Miss Jessie’s Pillow Soft & Jelly Soft curls also with Wetline gel..
Adwoa Baomint leave-in & Weltline or Eco Blue color gel.. sometimes I even add the curl cream..

Ok y’all, I use Camille Rose Honey Leave-In, with Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie topped with Wetline Extreme hold. I end up with soft defined curls that last about 5 days. 2nd combo is Melanin Hair Care Elongating Crème with Wetline. Definitely left my hair with a crunch but I’m on day 6 and my curls are still super defined. These are my two favorite combos.

love that wetline xtreme gel. my goto holy grail combo is the cantu curl activator cream with the wetline gel on top.. i apply the cantu product in the shower all over then outside of shower section and rake in the wetline.

The Aunt Jackie’s Flax seed gel doesn’t pair well with a lot of products I use it just for ponytails
The Camille Rose Curl Maker comboed with the aloe butter gel from the same line. Chefs Kiss. For many years I was not a fan of CM. But than combo is great . Thank you both for the review. My girlies❤

My favorite combo right now is Cantu acai berry curling cream as my base and wetline xtreme gel with the green top as my styler. I get great results everytime. By the way I have 3c/4a low porosity hair.
The SM Curl Enhancing Smoothie pairs well with a lot of products. I use with the As I Am leave in and Olive Oil Eco Styler for a bomb wash and go

Absolutely loved this video. Very helpful. Can’t wait to try some of these combos because my hair had been loc’d for a year and a half and since going back to my curls I’ve been trying to find new combos that my hair likes.
I love that mielle combo with innersense! I also enjoy that pomegranate line. The custard with the smoothie is one of my go to wash n go’s. I like to add the wet line gel on that combo too for the more “wet” look!

I've tried that combo. It made my fine hair extremely dry. The honey mousse from the Doux worked better for me.
Marc Anthony's strictly curls leave in and mousse I found that's a beautiful combo for my hair!! 😊
Random question but I love the way Kendra’s hair is styled- a beautiful long side part, but everytime I try to do that it looks like Kelsey’s hair. Still beautiful just a different look. How do you create this style, is it heavier products? Is it a hair characteristic thing (I have thick high density hair- is it same for you?) Are your haircuts different and contributing to how hair lays?
Back in the summer I was using the Mane Choice Prickly Pear Paradise Styling Custard as a one-n-done wash n’ go. It has great hold for me. Recently I got the Adwoa Beauty Blue Tansy leave in styler and use it underneath the custard, and it’s been working well.

I have not tried Shea Moisture's gels. But my favorite combo is the wetline gel with the Shea Moisture curl enhancing smoothie. I use it for my twist outs and mini twists and it lasts.

Fav combos: Moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream and Extreme Gel (use less gel than cream) and Mielle Coil Sculpting Custard and Extreme Gel
I will be trying out Mielle Organics Strengthening Leave-In Conditioner and the Innersense Organic Beauty I Craete Hold. I also will be trying the Mielle Organics Rice Water Milk, the Mielle Organics Honey & Ginger Styling Gel, and the Mielle Organics Pomegranate & Honey Mousse. For my wash & go right now, my hair loves Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic Curl Stimulator with Innersense Organic Beauty I Create Volume on top which is what my curly hairstylist puts on my hair when I go to her.
It's interesting ya'll said you didn't want to straighten your hair for the winter because I've been thinking the same thing. I straightened my hair a few weeks ago to trim it but I just want to work with my curls.
My favorite combo(s) right now is the Macadamia Nourishing Leave In Cream and Lotta Body Wrap Me Foaming Mousse or Design Essentials Curl Enhancing Mousse. Leaves my hair super soft and moisturized. Will try some of your suggested combinations as well ❤❤
I love Aunt Jackie's quench leave-in conditioner and Dr. Herbals herbalize styling cream. Doctor Herbal''s is a small brand from Chicago so it's not widely known but it's the best smelling product I've ever used and it leaves my hair so moisturized, soft, and defined. Put a butter or grease on top for the winter, and I still have moisture even when the temperature is in single digits.

My fav combo right now is def a good deep conditioner and the wet line! But I have to get my hands on that Adwoa beauty leave in I love those kinds of sents!! My curls are so picky when it comes to products!
Great video ladies! I love uncle funky's curly magic as a base with ecoslay jello shot on top...I don't use a lot of the jello shot, just enough for addeed hold. Lasts for days! Also love uncle funky's as a base with the doux foam on top if I need a quick dry option for my wash and go.
I LOVE a Jelly type product or Curl Activator in combination with Clear Xtreme Wetline Gel (a strong hold gel) . My hair is fine textured, average density and going in with a strong gel can give me ramen noodles hair! But if its Blue Wetline extreme, or ECO avocado and Castor oil then I can use it with just a leave in conditioner because it gives me a fuller wash and go!
My favorite jelly's/curl activators are
Fantasia Curly and Coily Curl activator (don't know if they sell anymore) or Curl Custard
Cantu Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream
Beautiful textures Custard (can flake but you have to go light as heck)
African pride moisture miracle gel is bomb and the Eden Body Works defining curl cream
Doux mousse with wetline is a good combo as well
Camille Rose moisture milk, Camille rose almond jai butter, Camille rose curl maker. Then add any other gel for hold, humidity.

Extreme is the best and favorite gel I have used this gel for years!! But now I am trying to use just mousse to see if it will grow without using it my hair is fine so it was time to change up my routine.❤❤❤❤ I love these types of videos. But I am going to try the Adwoa and Carol’s’ daughter coco cream because the gel is much thinner for my fine hair❤

I was using the kreyol hair milk with i create hold. Its really not with the i create hold conditioner and then towel dry with it and go in with sections but not on drenched hair because this was the first week my hair didnt last more than like a day 😅
But now that its winter i want a little bit more oil and hold i want to try the first leave in spray because my ion one doesnt have oil as a 1 product leave in and moisture.

I'm still waiting for the day when the both of you wear the correct foundation color. Makeup has come a long way, so there is literally no excuse. I've seen women 5 shades darker than you wear the correct color, so again, there is no excuse
Yall need to go black girl curls they will help you with better Technique And less products And you will be able to find products that actually do great for your hair without mixing. But other than that your hair It's fantastic
I find that when i apply my products in the shower and slightly rinse, then get under my pibbs for 30 min, i never have flakes.
