Outstanding lesson on the modern forehand. I have been looking at all sorts of UA-cam tutorials on the forehand, but none address the key items of the swing as completely as you. In fact, I have studied Nadal's forehand in slow motion and really benefited from watching him, but I did not really catch all of the nuances until I watched your video.
One key observation that saved my wrist was observing that after the rotation when Nadal lowers his racket, it is face down. It finally clicked that I was doing this wrong in that I was rotating my wrist clockwise to lower the racket and open up the racket face which caused an ulnar wrist injury. So I realize now that I need to lower the racket in a closed orientation and then allow the 'pull' of the shoulder and arm to open up (flip) the racket. Subtle but all the difference in the world in saving my outer wrist.
I am using your videos to train my body to flow through the checkpoints you have shared. I have also been trying to figure out how to introduce spin into my swing. I tried your recommendation to accelerate the forward portion of the swing across the ball and am now getting decent top spin.
I will go ahead and get your System.

Is this some kind of reupload? You have another video with the same content, outfit, court, time of day... everything. I feel like I would prefer to see some of your techniques applied to amateur matchplay than you give another 3-step approach to transform a groundstroke.

Grant, I like your videos but your lesson on the driving forehand looks nothing like the clip of Nadal hitting a weak running vertical forehand. Best to find a better clip demonstrating your technique then to use a clip that contradicts your lesson. Thanks.

"Rafael is not a tennis player. He is an injured person who plays tennis."
    Toni Nadal
So many arm-breakers Babolat fans out there. Just remember know what your body condition and what are you doing. Power comes from kinetic chain so you know what to do.

So much math/physics-sounding mumbo-jumbo and at the end of the day he praises his student for applying his force-straightining arm technique when she reverts back to a bend-arm at contact. It's nonsense that this is the key to "massive spin and power". Not for nothing do the vast majority of ATP players have a bend-arm technique. But it sure doesn't like as pretty. I give him that.
