What's really sad about this is Nezuko never had the chance to really mourn her family apart from episode 1 briefly. You can tell Nezuko was conscious of her emotions when she burst into tears, and that her cries were tears of pain and hurt for Tanjiro and her family
Not only that, towards the end of the manga...
After turning back into human, she has to deal with her brother being possessed by Muzan and kind of do what Tanjiro had done for her this episode. At the same time Tanjiro has a "THERE ARE 4 LIGHTS!" psychological battle with Muzan's ghost inside of him.

I’m glad Nezuko did something other than come out of her box to fight regular demons. Her being this strong in combination with Tanjiro makes them a menacing combo.
I mean Tanjiro nearly killed himself doing those attacks and Nezuko completely lost control of herself.

It was bizarre. Especially when reading it in the manga first. Only time Uzui was flabergasted in his life
i love how everytime tanjiro do some real stuff and lets you think "wow, he's almost at an hashira's level now, but that was too easy as a powerup...", a real hashira shows up and do better in a split second reminding all of us that the road is still long for my boy.
yeah considering he's no where near a hashira level 😭 I love tanjiro and it's awesome enough to see him grow like this and it's awesome how he's still alive that's literally an upper but he's still not skilled enough to be called a hashira level

Really love how Sheera caught the detail of the parallels between the two siblings Nezuko-Tanjiro and Daki-Gyuutaro. It's one of the main themes this arc that I really love. There's gonna be more parallels between the two so can't wait for next episodes!

Have to remember something crucial here too. Other than this time and the brief instance back when her mother showed up during the fight with rui this is the FIRST memory of her family that nezuko has ever had this entire time. The only other times she's seen her family is when urokodaki put that "spell" on her. She sees her brothers and sisters all the time but it's very doubtful she actually remembers them fully as to who they actually are. Remember urokodaki said you have to protect HUMANS. He didn't say one word about family or anything. It was never stated in the manga but that memory of her mother might have been the very first memory from when she was human that nezuko has had this whole time. Other than the fact that she knows Tanjiro is her brother

So basically Tanjiro’s dead sister saved him from dying for nothing since Daki couldn’t die due to being linked to Gyutaro. If Gyutaro started first, I believe Tanjiro would’ve died long before help arrives.

I really like how Nezuko nearly lost herself in rage and demon possession and not just a good little demon who's a plot device. It really shows just how dangerous she is and why the Hashira wanted to kill her back when the trial of Tanjiro and Nezuko happened.
Also Uzui giving Tanjiro a chance and the idea to calm her was a nice touch. It shows he's not just an all brawn demon slayer but has compassion and isn't as careless as he likes to appear. I've not read the manga but I got a feeling next episode we're really gonna see what Uzui can do and it's gonna be just as badass as Rengoku. What this show has shown so far is Hashira are no joke and are way above Tanjiro and crew. Although I'm quite disappointed that Zanitsu and Inosuke have done basically nothing so far, they had a little scrap with the cloth but that's it so I'm assuming their time to shine is in the up coming arcs.
Zenitsu and Inosuke will definitely have their moments next few episodes 😏😏😏

As a manga reader of demon slayer, they slapped it with gyutaro’s voice actor
For those who don't know, Gyutaro would be practically a level 4 upper moon, what happens is that he wants to protect his sister, so she keeps him from taking that position.

Gyutaro voice actor, PHENOMENAL, from the manga I was like “what would he actually sound like?” terrifying.
The way Nezuko was dripped out had me salivating but when that big brother came out… I was holding my BREATH for Uzui. This episode ACTUALLY scared me.
Touching on the last episode, they left an interesting line out from the manga regarding why Tanjiro stopped right before taking Daki's head. Went something like "If humans could fight purely off of anger and willpower, demons would have left this earth long ago." It's because Tanjiro has such a strong survival instinct that he stopping himself before pushing his body too far, a safeguard that comes in the form of his family warning him of danger, it's very well done!
Also, now you know that cutting off her head doesn't mean anything anyways, so...
Gyutaros voice sounds way better than I could imagine ! Can’t wait for the rest of this season

Well Nezuko is technically 15-16 right now based on the timeline and all the time Tanjiro spent in training. She's smol cuz of the box size. Not surprising if she's quite a well-endowed girl. Gyutaro is the actual Upper Six and Daki is pretty much his PR manager.

Gyutaro could care less about climbing ranks, but if Muzan could make Daki interested in it, she would likely be the one to convince Gyutaro to try and get stronger
that actually makes sense, if daki was interested in climbing the ranks, gyutaro would too, and I think they'll climb up to at least uppermoon 5 or 4

The two of them don't make the upper six. Gyutaro alone is the real upper six. Daki is just a liability. You can think of it as a high-level player carrying a low-level player in their situation. Also, the two people in the room can't run. They're on the third floor in the corner of the room, they can't even jump out the window. The exit was previously blocked by Daki and then Gyutaro.
Plus the fact that Muzan keeps Daki around so he can use Gyutaro even further emphasizes your point on what a liability she really is. Muzan would have dusted her a long time ago if it wasn't for her brother

This reveal makes a lot of sense, this whole time I thought Daki was too weak to be an Upper moon, especially one that has killed seven Hashiras. I know Tanjiro leveled up but using Akaza as a reference, he and Nezuko shouldn't have done so well against her.
This is why once you start reading the manga you just keep going into the next chapter
Exactly what happened to me. I got about 10 episodes into the anime being anime only until I got impatient and read every available chapter of the manga in a couple hours from the beginning lol

Like damn, run where?? Lol They were literally trapped in that room after the girl demon showed up. Also if they stepped one foot out from behind Uzui it's would have been a rap for them. Plus bringing some reality to the situation, not everyone consciously runs in dangerous situations. Frozen in fear is an actual thing. U physically can't move. Ppl take this info very lightly. The writers are clearly playing with both types of human reactions. Even with Nesuko some ran while some didnt.

Yeah cause when that lady saw nezuko she literally froze in fear. People have 3 responses to life threatening situations. It's the fight or flight response or its the paralyzed with fear one. You either run literally like your life depends on it or you fight basically saying fuck the consequences. Then there are people that when they're scared literally freeze with fear and when they tell their bodies to move they can't. It's primordial fear
