Speg pouring in his jammies with no shoes, this man is a legend! Awesome pours my friend! Great job!
We don’t wear shoes here in Florida 😂
#jammiepours
@@mrsspegtacular6484 lol if we had beautiful weather out here in Chicago, I wouldn't be wearing any either!
Holy crap that bar is Amazing! You really gotta love pouring to put so much work into it.
Very cool pour, SpegTacular! Enjoyed watching this! Well done, young man! Take care, be safe and God bless!
God bless!
Awesome! Straight from the Speg Mint. Been looking into doing the same once i get my shop fixed/finished up.
Very cool to see your set up and how it works. I would make a .999 belt buckle, those are hard to find and a good way to always have silver on you .
This was an interesting first step in silver and copper melting. Thanks!
I wish you would have shown some videos of you hammering out the copper bars and toning them. Good job on the bars they came out great.
Hammering is just that.. hammering and for toning copper you can use sulphur or the blow torch works good. If you do either method you’ll see instant results. Truly a no brainer on the subject
@Spegtacular I'm going to leave you a one oz round with Coin GuyI bought in my hometown of New Orleans. The design on it is a water meter lid. If you look up Crescent City water meter, you'll see images of the real thing. If you ever had up to New Orleans I'll point you in the direction of my favorite shops. Thanks for showing me one of yours.
So the little dents all over the bar are from hammering it? This makes me wanna pull the trigger and get a furnace, very cool
Hello Speg , that’s one beautiful bar. Awesome review 👍
Beautiful bar and pretty cool machine too 😉
I love it!
Nice I just bought a bunch of silver shot I want to try to make my own pours
It’s a fun process to watch, I think you’ll thoroughly enjoy it 😊
@@mrsspegtacular6484 yes sir I figured I need another hobby I've always enjoyed metal and wood working. This incorporates a few things I enjoy and has potential to become something more
Good luck !
That 15oz is an awesome piece! Very neat little vid to take your YT followers on a slightly different path relating to precious metals.
It’s fun seeing what goes in behind the scenes!
Thank you kindly!
Wow. The finish work on that turned out amazing!!! Very cool. Hifive
Good morning everyone
Good morning, Joe! How was your weekend?
@@mrsspegtacular6484 twas refreshing, and strong lol hbu for your family?
@@drip369 it was pretty good 😊
Very cool
Ripples for days
That's a great looking bar. Nice work!
Very cool. I love making stuff with my ToAuto!
My roommates will be thrilled, tell em I melted all their 💩 jewelry and made a ingot
You say “roommate” but we know it’s your “parents”
@@Spegtacular guilty as charged 👍
Id definitely like to see the toning process.
That silver barr is badass bro. I want it, lol cool video and even cooler results
Thanks for watching! He comes up with some amazing pieces!
Thanks 👍
Love the toned hammered bars
Nice finished bar… I have a gas furnace that I use outside for copper and aluminum. I’m going to get an electric one for my silver and gold, right now I just use my hand torch for those.
Thanks ST you’re the best human and metal professional ❤🎉🎉🎉😮
Very nice👍
Thanks for watching 😊
Last day in Hudson going to see coin guy soon.
Are you visiting from out of state?
@mrsspegtacular6484 yes my girlfriend's uncle lives in Hudson. I called coin guy on Saturday to see if he was going to be open today he said yes but there's a cardboard sign on the door that says otherwise. I'll try again tomorrow on my way out of town.
@@mrsspegtacular6484 I got out of town for Mardi Gras cuz it can get crazy. It's hard to get around town with a bunch of parades rolling. It's hard to get a restaurants grocery stores bars any place you would want to go. And on Tuesday the whole city closes down.
Very cool, nice work 👍
Very very cool, now I know! Thank you..
Those small bars with your emblem that are toned are beautiful. I would be happy with one of those for sure. I see a give away prize for the near future. Thx for the video
Keep an eye out in Spegtacular.com! He lists things periodically 😊
I’ll give one away if you give me enough money
Wow what a cool bar you did a really good 👍😊 job
Thanks so much 😊
What about plutonium. Will it melt that? I've got a thing I'm working on for the Libyans
God can melt anything
Looks like fun to do...
Keeps him busy for hours! It’s neat to see what he comes up with 😊
@Mrs Spegtacular I am glad that are taking interest in his hobby. Do you help him out???
Awesome video, I hope those socks and pajamas are flame resistant!!! Have a great day buddy
They’re resistant up to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
;)
That is SPeg Tacular. NICE
Really like the little bars with all the skulls 💀 awesome. Do you ever sell them ? If so I would be interested in one of those .
The large bars I make are usually stuck in my collection… usually :)
You can visit Spegtacular.com once in a while to see if I ever change my mind.
I would absolutely love one . There's nothing better than handmade craftsmanship. Your logo look super clean also .
Hi Speg. Another interesting video. Thanks for all the information. Also I picked up a ms63 peace dollar to add to the collection. You gotta love the peace dollar.
Hey Spagtacular! 👋 What material was used for your logo stamp? Did you pour that as well? Thx
Steel I would imagine.
Florida has coins and bars at flea markets. FLEA MARKETS! Y'all are lucky.
That doesn’t happen in other states??
I don't see it at the flea markets in Louisiana
I figured out how to get my girlfriend to stack gold.
My dad gave my girlfriend a quarter eagle gold coin in a bezel. She was wearing it on a silver chain. I got her a gold chain and told her there were bigger coins of the same kind that you could put on there. She bought the bigger coins.
Now when she asks me what I'm thinking about I can tell her getting her a better gold chain.
Fun. I wonder how it would do on 40% silver. If there's a way to separate the copper
You are working with high temps. so make sure you use the gloves they sent when pouring your bar. You got any hair left on your hand? I'm a refiner and assayer of precious metals. I caught that. At least you remembered to put it on for cooling it🙂Very informative video. Nice pour and clean, crisp removal from the mold.
My hands and arms are hairy, yes. You can see my unrivaled hairiness in my videos. Been melting for a few years now and my hair has adopted a heat tolerance of over 1800 degrees!
Orrrrrrrr I’m just careful… but yes, you should wear gloves.
@@Spegtacular I know your careful, but be careful. I like your videos to much🙂
Would be cool to see your stampin process Sir.....
Stay tuned!
As always great video my friend 👍
Thanks for the visit
How did u texture this its AWESOME
Nice work!
Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
Thank you! Cheers!
Have an great day😅🎉
You hooked that bar up very cool video bro.
How long does it take from machine on until the 15ozt bar is poured?
I would love to do this but don't have a lot of spare time.
Is it 30 minutes or 3 hours is my question in other words?
The heat-up process is around 30 minutes
wow/ looks great
Cool! Are you going to make the coins that have you and coin guy on them?
No, it takes special machinery which I don’t have for that.
Speg, I am curious about your die. What was the company that you utilized to create the die and what was the cost?
Thanks for the video, I enjoyed it a lot. Can you re-melt toned silver?
Yes you can! No issues.
Hi ST whom can i go to in order to make my own SPEGTACULAR type badge / logo as kool as yours
Love the hammered pieces. How’s the machine holding up? I need to get one. 😬
Some insane ones on my website right now. First year of pouring pieces. Super rare
I love a Oxo drink as Well...🤙🤘✌
What’s the cost to run the smelter?
It depends on how strong the sun is when my solar panel system is at full strength
Are there any legal hurdles you have to get over to mark silver as .999 fine? i.e. having to get them assayed? While we know you are melting .999 silver to make the bars, once the rounds are melted, there isn't a "paper trail" on file to prove it. Not hating, love your content and channel, just always curious about the legal aspect of marking our own poured silver. Thanks!
Here not exactly but if you do sell something that isn’t what it says it is, you’re committing fraud. In Europe it’s different and I believe by law they must be sent out to be assayed and stamped/hallmarked.
How do I find out how to buy some hand poured silver from you .and could do special pieces for silver stackers?
Spegtacular.com always has a little something ;)
Where did you get your personalized logo stamp?
Stampyours
How can i get made my own logo metal type badge but not like yours but kool like yours. I’m 71. God less you & Guy❤
hey ST can we melt walking liberty?
Do you hand stamp your logo or press it?
Inquiring minds want to know lol
Both. Just depends on what I’m doing.
@@Spegtacular those bars in the video are pressed correct?
Yes they are
@@Spegtacular what press did you get? I’m thinking on buying one
Nice video, really cool how you toned them.
Do u sell this or other bar. Whats your link brother 🎉
Say hey to Guy
What about 95% copper cents??
you could but I think you run into some legality issues ;)
@@Spegtacular only if selling
Nomex socks?
5:34 😍🤤🤤
Besides the sound of beauty, you have so much safety equipment on, except for boots...?
No boots on but it wouldn’t hurt
@@Spegtacular yeah cuz some of that splashing water might hurt your socks 😬
❤️
If you wanted to gift me one of your bars that would be really cool.
I gift bars for money. So if you’d like to give me money, I gift bars.
Where do you get the logo dies made?
Stampyours made mine
Thank you
Very cool.
