❤Purple Layer :
Purple sweet potato 96g
Water 1150ml
Caster sugar 120g
Agar powder 4tsp
Jelly powder 1tsp
Lemon juice as needed
Coconut cream 70ml
❤White Layer:
Coconut cream 50ml
Water 550ml
Caster sugar 75g
Agar powder 2tsp
Jelly powder 1/2tsp
❤Green Layer :
Pandan leaf 3pcs
Water 400ml
Add water until 820ml
Coconut cream 80ml
Caster sugar 105g
Agar powder 3tsp
Jelly powder 3/4tsp
*1tsp=2.64g
