- I've been meaning to make SHU cakes for a long time!!! I finally decided - the time has come!!! I found the recipe and started right away, in my opinion - nothing complicated. But it’s not that simple, there are some little tricks. But the second time they will turn out even more beautiful, but the taste..... I liked it. Delicate curd cream and berries....Let's cook it together!!!! SO:
👌INGREDIENTS for (2 baking sheets):
choux pastry:
▪️ 100 g milk
▪️ 250 g of water
▪️ 115 g butter
▪️ 15 g sugar
▪️ 5 g salt
▪️ 190 g flour
▪️ 5 eggs (about 250 g)
CRACKELIN (also for 2 baking sheets):
▪️ 110 g sugar (brown or regular, but fine)
▪️ 100 g flour
▪️ 90 g butter
▪️ dye - optional
For cream:
200 ml heavy cream
1 tsp cream stabilizer
180g sweet cottage cheese with ice cream flavor
👌IMPORTANT POINT: do not knead the craquelin dough for a long time: as soon as it comes together, it’s ready!;)
