Hey I need some help a chain tensioner spring does that work on OCC chopper bikes even if you have the back brakes when the cable breaks on your original brakes on the chopper bike will the chain tensioners spring adapter work with the stock sprocket kit
I’m repainting mine army green so it’s going to look brand new any ways do you know if motorcycle spring seats fit on the large chopper pedal bike? Ik u have a xL in this video
I use Byberrys recommendation that they have posted on UA-cam and use 1 gallon to break it in. As far as oil I actually like to use Soy oil made for motor, it's very good plus it does not stink like the regular ones do!
Hi, I just built mine but I'm having an issue with the chain. It keeps snapping, I have made sure the sprockets are lined up and the tension was correct, but I'm still having this issue, can anyone help please? Cheers.
@@maxsmith82 chain is pretty long is still wobbles back-and-forth when you ride your bike Look at the way up with attention are on my bike... there is no way is gonna come off
I saw your first video and wanted to know how fast yours goes I have a 80cc predator on mine but it won't get up to speed. We believe it's the clutch but we'll figure it out.
@@dannya9514 the motor is putting out massive power but only without the clutch we just think the clutch is not engaging because it wouldn't rev up correctly and the clutch was already engaging before we even moved it so that could be the issue. If it's not we'll just buy the predator 212cc and go nuts
It happened to me a few times with brand new motors they would come in with clutch engaged so I would have to open the lid and release the pin or recalibrate it... check your springs and the pads if you haven’t done so, make sure they are not jammed

How did you mount the gas tank?
Chevytruck I used the same bracket that comes with the gas tank mounted them in upside down with rivets

Is your rear sprocket straight as it Spin?

And how did you install your chain tensioner thewayidid and is it the small sprocket on it or is it the one that came with the motor?

KRYTIS yours is a four stroke correct? Usually four stroke has a lot of torque but no speed if you want speed you have to go with a two-stroke motor
Also if the motor is used clean the piston head and Carburetter

@@lukebouffard the engine is brand new but havent decided to build it until a year later so maybe it needs a touchup
