Ok❤❤❤
Hey Doc, you TOTALLY FORGOT to include the surgery where he CHOPS OFF BOTH EARS!!!😲😲😲🤕😁
Love all your videos!💜
In Germany you can experience this a lot. Recently I saw a tall and strong looking man with lots of face tattoos and piercings driving on his motorcycle. He went to a supermarket to get a teddy bear plush for a homeless person.
Awww a good example of not to judge a book by its cover 🥺
My dad is a big guy with a long beard and tattoos. He used to be in a gang, so all his friends were intimidating guys. Every single one of them are the nicest kindest people you'll ever meet, lol
All my friends thought my dad was scary at first because of how he looks, but he really isn't mean or scary.
We have an elderly dwarf cat that I personally raised from a tiny little runt, and my dad adores her! He makes her food in the mornings, she's the only cat allowed to sleep on his bed on his pillow lol he talks to her calling her his baby and his princess, he holds her and carries her around. The funniest part is if u ask him about it, he'll completely deny that she's his favorite and says he doesn't do all those things for her, lol
I learned at a very young age that a person's looks have absolutely nothing to do with the kind of person they are or the character and a lot of the time the biggest most intimidating people are the most gentle and caring.
Being tattooed isn’t the same as removing your nose. I have hand and face tattoos but it’s not the same as extreme mods.
You can see tattooed people doing nice things everywhere not only in Germany. Alwo beeing tattooed and cutting your nose off after two different things.
I recently saw a tall muscular guy with long pitch black beard and guess what he was doing? He was baby talking to his tiny puppy which was a doodle (i think?) with a hot pink bow on its head. It was so adorable.
The original Red Skull, as drawn by Jack Kirby, was bald, noseless, and had enormous eyebrow ridges, but he did not have a lumpy forehead or a split tongue.
This. He really doesn't look like Red Skull
At what point does a physician say “Sir, we won’t do that”.? OR is he having these procedures done somewhere with lesser/if any standards of practice? What do you think Dr. Youn?
I doubt his surgeries are being done by reputable board certified plastic surgeons??
I have often wondered why any reputable physician would cut off healthy body parts.
He states they are not. You usually find these Body Modification Experts in tattoo parlors.
Some of these aren’t even done by surgeons like with the tattooing on his eyes, face, and the tongue splitting, but I’d imagine that he isn’t going to someone worried about standards of practice.
@@pakese30 😬
I don't get it. There's makeup, contacts and fake FX prosthetics that he could buy that would give him a much safer and more accurate look without having to go to such extremes! 😫
I sure hope he feels comfortable in his own skin. That is all he will basically have for the rest of his life. There is no turning back for this guy.
I think you missed another kinda extreme body mod on this dude: he got pretty massive scarifications on his face. A big strip of skin was removed on either of his cheeks to imitate the sharpness of a skull's protruding cheekbones, at least I assume that was the goal. You can notice it starting from the 2015 picture at 8:08. I love bodymods, but I do not condone or appreciate celebrating by trying to embody a nazi, even if it's a fictional character.
I find ppl who are tattooed from head to toe or have a ton of modifications are the sweetest ppl...I guess u have one life to live and if that's how u want to live then enjoy it
Just like my dad he have so many tatoos and peircing and listens to metal. But he the sweetest teddy bear soul 😂
I love that he's happy and such a lovely and kind person. It's a shame most people will demonize it and hate on his decisions
The only thing that bothers me is how unsafe usually these kind of procedures are, I hope he knows the risk he is putting himself into and has a backup plan in case something goes wrong or he gets sick, eg. a prosthetic nose or something
I think people may judge him for the type of character he chose to be. Like Dr. Youn said, he's basically embodying a Nazi. I think that's why people may have a problem.
In such extreme cases, it's really hard to draw a line between self-expression and something pathological going on with the person. IMO, getting your nose chopped off is NOT an achievement.
right. i love body mods but when it gets in the way of your health (i.e. sclera tattoos, chopping opp the tip of your nose and opening up your nose to foreign body), its not a good thing at all.
Could you imagine when he has a cold or sinus infection? 🤮
And let’s not forget about just regular aging. This wont end well.
This guy turning himself into a comics character is less scary than surgeons who didn't refuse to perform something that put his health at risk.
Haha, you think a surgeon did it lol.
He states that these were not done by any type of doctor.
@@codename495 As far as I know, body modification artists can do dermal and eyeball tattoos but I don't think they can cut off ears.
At this point, I don't think this dude it worried about not having nose hairs.......
I have been around people with physical disabilities since I was around three. I grew up during the polio years. These children had a lot to deal with trying to navigate in a world that was not kind to a person who was disabled. When I was young, I wore a AFO leg brace until I had an operation on my leg, and I had to learn to do everything with one hand. Society was not very kind with individuals with disabilities.
I was employed in a university for 35 years and during that time, there were students who were disfigured because of mother nature and they were self consciousness of their appearance because everybody thought it was OK to ask them what happened. I think these people would do anything to look normal.
I think having a disability bothered me more when I was a child because of the leg brace. The only time I ever cried at a doctor's appointment was when I was six years old. The ophthalmologist said I had to wear a patch on my eye for 6 weeks and at the time I just didn't know how I was going to cope looking even weirder.
Although I worked at a university and had a university degree, I always felt I was treated as if I were mentally challenged as well. Things have become full circle for me now I have to wear the same kind of brace as I wore as a child. I live life to the fullest though, being able to do everything including square dancing.
Since I have been around people that were disfigured by mother nature and saw the challenges they have to deal with on a daily basis, I cannot understand why anyone would want to endanger their life and health by cutting off their ears, tattooing their eyes' or amputating their limbs. Then I know their is a condition called Body Integrity Identity Disorder which means these people think they should have been born blind or paralyzed. These people will do anything to satisfy their dreams.
Many people have wishes for their bodies to be different in one way or another. I think it is not right for anyone to judge anyone else's body / appearance or decision to change themselves no matter their starting point or what they are trying to achieve. If it's something you want and isn't hurting anyone else, then why should anyone else have a say in if you pursue what you want.
All the best
This was a dangerous voluntary disfigurement of a previously healthy body. There must have been some underlying psychological issues which should have been addressed before undergoing such permanent changes to his eyes, face, whole head.
I can't believe i am struggling to get my eyes shape back after graves disease and some ppl just don't know where to start to destroy the way they look .
God bless you, I can see why you would be so frustrated. ❤
People dont usually mutilate their entire bodies because theyre glowing with health. this person is clearly ill in a different way.
I hope everything goes smoothly for you ❤ Graves disease is no joke
Oh, honey, breathing dry air is the least of this guy's problems
Love your content Dr Youn, such good educational information
Cool, so he's the Red Skull. He's the Red Skull at comic con. He's the Red Skull at the local festival. He's also the Red Skull at his kid's graduation. He's also the Red Skull at his mother's funeral. There are so many more situations where most people would want to be able to take this off. He's never himself, he's always that Red Skull guy.
No problem, because he is the red skull
He was a handsome guy, well, I hope he won't regret it in the future.
He will regret it.
Dr Youn! what a great way to start my sunday ! Thank you for helping me 😊 have a great day !
Hey dr youn this is so interesting. But its not the worst ive seen. Im an apprentice tattoo artist and my teacher mentioned the black alien project. Worth checking it out. It touches the extreme.
I believe he's actually talked about him before. It may have been awhile ago though, before some other mods he's done.
He's covered that
I don't care about what weird stuff people do to their appearances ..I care how they treat each other...if they are good and kind they are ok by me
Very good hair cut Dr Youn. Impressed!
This level of self loathing is heartbreaking. No doctor who does this should keep his license. What he needed to do is give him a psychiatric referral.
Procedures are done by body mid artists
Dr Youn....A MCU FAN!? 🥺😁😄 You just became even cooler!!!
And your reactions to crazy modifications and plastic surgeries are so priceless!! 😅
Dr. Youn: "Now, the reason this is so dangerous is...
Me: "...BECAUSE YOU'RE INJECTING SH*T INTO YOUR ***EYE***!!!" 😫🙈
Redskull is one of the most badass looking characters in Marvel. But I wonder if embodying that character is something more about one feeling a lack of power and control. Those are the two things these villains all have in common and in their cases they're not admirable traits, its typically their downfall.
9:10 After my wife died I hung out with the young crowd, going to concerts see bands etc etc. I went to a heavy metal night with the mosh pit and everything. The more "meta" the person was the nicer they were! I was in the mosh pit for awhile and they were talking it easy on me!! I even got to crowd surf.
I cannot even imagine doing something like this to myself. I might have a little Botox every now and again, but thats it. I would love to try Dr. Youn's skin care line and teas.
So you’re ok with mods to enjoy the way you look, as long as people don’t know.
Personally, I can't imagine getting botox (not saying there's anything wrong with it - just not my cup of tea). Different people are comfortable with different things ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
such a handsome young man it’s scary what money can buy worse the doctor who did it but whatever floats your boat we are all born unique, beautiful it’s a gift even on bad days i look in the mirror smile, say yup i’m good another great video wolverine would be kinda cool or superman
Tattooing eyes is something I would never consider for a second. I know he's a nice person but him saying to not judge others by their appearances is a bit funny beacuse at first glance I too would judge as to why did you choose to have such extreme modifications and transform into a villian? Again just the first impressions.
Well, they aren't dyeing their eyes.
They are tattooing them.
VAST DIFFERENCE!
Because with tattoos you get a bunch of micro needles inserted into your eye.
Just like with tattoos on the skin.
@@alricaneshamastill isnt it risky? Or is one less riskier than the other?
I would have given anything for my grandma not to go blind and here this dude recklessly risks blindness for a 'look'. What a stupid risk, it's better to just get colored contact lenses.
@@Sunflowersarepretty Oh, it's extremely risky.
Especially if you get someone that has no clue what they are doing.
I, personally would not do this.
But, as long as they know the risks and can afford it and are willing.
It is 100% up to them.
@@yamnjam I get your frustration but it is his body and he paid for it.
Doc your skin looks amazing 🥰🥰🥰
I've never been this early to your videos xD
You think it could be possibly reversible? I know some of it is impossible but would be interesting to see what could be reversible, the procedures needed and how much it would cost! Same for the Black Alien Project!
Maybe to an extent, but why? He did all that to make that appearance, might as well accept and embrace it
The implants could come out and the tattooing on his face could be erased or at least diminished with laser. The blackened eyeballs are permanent.
A prosthetic nose tip could be worn, or if he's fine with a forehead scar, a living tissue nose tip can be created.
Prosthetic earlobes could be worn, or with skin stretching it may be possible to implant molds that look like the cartilage he cut away.
He appears to have scarification done to his cheeks, which would likely always be there, but the more extreme laser treatments and peels might soften the look.
7:53 .. This is a good point I never thought of! :) ... and I should have my kids used to go the conventions every year, and dress u in various cosplay, and it is Expensive!! This guy can go every week and GET PAID! ... that's kind of amazing!
Bro i could just wear contact lens instead of that 💀💀💀
He doesn't realize being the first person to do this is indicative of him being the ONLY person that wants to do that.
“There might be many after me but I am the first.” Watching this man’s transformation, I think , he will remain the only red skull.
Every account I’ve heard from people who have split their tongue, 100% of them say that the healing is 1000 times worse than the actual procedure
I love the red skull! Villains are my hobby lol
I think the psycologie behind this transformation is really sad!
Ahahahaha, your face reacts exactly to my own thoughts 😂😂
Honest question. What do people like him do for living. I've never had a job where extreme body modification was allowed and these operations are not cheap.
Any idea what career options are available in this hobby/niche?
Dr. Youn is so cute
Body modifications can be addictive just like anything else
That high from chemicals flooding the brain, like dopamine and others, people can quickly become addicted to that feeling.
8:14 honestly, I'm kinda surprised he hasn't done full red tattooing before the implants, as opposed to leaving those parts skin coloured
Dr. Youn? What does that sign say behind you "Anthony Youn - America's Hol---" What does it say after that?
So how's that whole "getting a job" thing working out for him?
Body artists mods do numb the tongue. And the split tongue tricks you have to practice them.
The first time that i tried tightlining my eyes with liquid eyeliner, i blinked and flooded my eye with black ink. It was very scary at the time.
After watching these videos I decided to try his skin products, only to find the Black Friday discount code doesn't apply to the bundle I wanted to order, which is $385. Like we all have money to burn. I need to stop buying into the hype.
Oh my goodness
The only body modification I've had done is getting three tattoos. I refuse to get a piercing, much less do anything like the "red skull" man.
I wonder what he does for a living. Imagine this guy showing up at your house to work on your plumbing. 👀
Providing he did a great job with the plumbing - then bonus!
I honestly probably wouldn’t mind it once I got over the surprise.
i thought the subdermal implants on the face would be metal for some reason or have I seen it somewhere?🤔
Their noses all look like mine after their rhisoctomies. I'll tell you Dr Youn, I had a great experience with my primary rhinoplasty result but I really don't like anything I had done after that.
This is so hard to watch but I can’t stop watching 🫣😦😰
I asked this question on another video of yours, but I think it is more apt on this video. If you were presented with a patient who wished to be transformed into red skull. Would you request a pysch eval? I ask this not to dismiss his mental competency, but in order to ascertain that this patient full comprehends all that this surgery entails and truly wishes to under go it. So would you request a pysch eval for the patient? Also, say the patient received a green light from the psych eval, would you be comfortable preforming this kind of invasive and permanent body modification?
Sorry I was just curious. Anyway I hope you're having a great day, and waves to all 🤗
I can’t imagine hating myself so much that I have to turn myself into a literal monster. The Kardashians have all done this to nearly the same extent as Red Skull here. It must be awful to have such self-hatred.
I just want to know how there could possibly be a doctor who would cut off a person’s nose and ears for nothing more than cosplay. Any surgeon who encounters such a patient should be sending the patient to a psychiatrist.
i hate my visage too, need just more money for surgery 🙈💀☠
@@girlfullofsorrow yeah, I’m not exactly happy with my below-average face, but if I had the money (and enough low self-esteem to tolerate that much pain), I’d follow Dr. Youn’s advice and make myself look like Thor or Cap or Starlord or Bucky Barnes or Loki… But then I’m autistic and really don’t like having people look at me, much less becoming the center of attention, so I’m fine being someone who nobody pays attention to. I would love to have Bucky’s hair, though…
@@DaveTexasthe hair can be done, and if not you can get a wig.
@@anaidprz no, sweetie, I cannot get a full head of extremely thick hair. I do not have enough donor follicles to create thick hair covering my entire scalp. Wigs are a waste of money, too. I want a guy to run his fingers through my hair, pull on my hair when we f**k, and grab it tightly when I give him head. A wig can’t stand up to that sort of treatment.
There’s a guy in Brazil ( I think )that does eyes and body modification. He’s actually taken off fingers , noses , ears and so on. I’ve watched videos of him splitting tongues. Totally gross. He does dress in surgical wear and seems like he knows what he’s doing but I’d never risk my eyes on this crazy eye dying.
i love the red skull and this guy does not even look similar. red skull does not have black eyes and these thing he implanted on the head....
My thought exactly.
Question is, would you ever perform this kind of surgery on anyone who requests it?
Toad is primarily a bad guy too.
What will happen when they grow older and older ?
Does it seem like certain parts of the world have more people who get into the extreme body bods?
I'd hate to have to tell him that in the original Simon/Kirby Captain America comic books, the Red Skull was a normal ( at least physically ) man who wore a latex mask.
Dr. - "I think I would choose Thor,..."
Me - "Loki 😊"
Red skull vs black alien. We all know we wanna see it lol
But Red Skull doesn’t have black eyes or lumps on his forehead.
It's any of these procedure that this guy had is received reversible?
Possibly removal of the dermal implants, but that nose is a different story.
@@DoctorYoun his ears are also missing?
Inglorious Basterds... DEF IN MY TOP 5 LIST OF FAVE MOVIES OF ALL TIME
His body his choice
Hail Hydra!
There are quite a few people I've seen on TV and videos that have tried to transform themselves into characters including dolls, monsters, superheros and animals. There are also those trying to achieve the world's largest body parts or some type body or face that is way past the realm of natural human limits. Some of these people have had hundreds of surgeries. Aren't plastic surgeons concerned about this?
And he smokes 😮
Whoever did the surgery has no ethics
He was no more at risk than a woman getting a bbl really
In movies and comics the bad guys tend to be cooler than the good guys and look better.
Do they know each other?
Hes trying to be Hellboy
And wonder 👩 woman
Hopefully he’s saving his money for later in life. Everyone should, but there might be a time when he can’t do conventions anymore and getting a regular job would be challenging
This guy sure needs a lot of attention.
😮
1:11 Yes he is!!! WHY would he change himself so extremely??? 😕
Is this reverisible...i know the nose has to be replaced and his mouth- but one day i hope he realizes his true worth one day..
i dont really care how nice he is or how extreme these modifications are, why would you turn yourself into a character whos "fantasy" nazi, doesn't sit right with me and is super ick for that reason
While this isn't my personal style, I have many tattoos and ear piercings, and plan on more tattoos.
Ridiculous guys people have enough trouble staying normal and keeping their parts today... He got em taken off 😮 god have mercy on this man DOCTOR
I feel sorry for the mothers of people who do that, they don’t recognize their babies anymore
One question.
Why.
Did someone explain EXACTLY what the character,”Red Skull” stands for????
He's a Super Nazi from comics in the 40s and 50s.
Well that certainly makes me question his reasoning a bit more…
What’s going on with his cheeks and under his eyes
why would you want to look like a comic book uber-n*zi??? remember red skull formed hydra because the n*zis weren't n*zi enough for him.
Thats mental illness. He must have had some trauma when he was young.
Wow that’s so creepy 😮
Silicon isnt the same as silicone, surely we arent placing subdermal silicon implants
this!
Omg this is very scary
What doctor would even agree to do this to a person?
He was so handsome and had a strong nose. This is so sad. What must his mother think about the horror face he has given himself. Heartbreaking
I like matcha. Don't really need the caffeine.
He who shall not be named has no nose.
I figure he just thinks the red skull is cool looking. Def not wrong. I think with body mods...you get a nice community because there is some self awareness or self discovery. With that comes empathy.
