It’s made of stainless steel and comes with a steel grate. It’s super versatile (use as pan, water pan, for dry brining, rubbing and many, many other applications) and a must-have in my book.

It easily clips onto any grate and makes cable management a lot easier, especially when you have a crowded grill. It’s also great because you can keep out of the cool aura of the food without wasting a lot of space.

What a great video, I really enjoyed the part where you're showing the chicken leaking the juice WOW man, that really shows how juicy that chicken is. This is definitely on my to do list.
In my experience, it's really important to buy high quality meat. These were from free range, organic fed chicken. A difference I am more than happy to pay extra for.

Is it possible to make this chicken without slow and sear, I do only have the original charcoal baskets?
Excellent question. Of course you can. Especially in this case, the SnS only makes it a lot easier. If you use the original baskets, you can cram them on one side or one on either side. You just need rather high temps in order to crisp the skin. That said, the SnS is probably the best thing ever to happen to a Weber kettle.
