Thank you for the informative video. I hope you don’t mind me asking but can the source of thoracic facet joint pain be missed on an MRI? I believe this is what I have and am looking into regenerative options, however, I am unsure if I should have diagnostic injections beforehand to 100% confirm. Your advice would be appreciated
