Your channel is criminally underrated, there are not enough documentary style bike channels that really put in the work. I’m a huge fan of your work, please keep it up
I am a massive fan and really look foward to every video you drop! A few months back I was on a bike trip in eastern Thailand with a friend, scoping out a location for a future video when we saw something burning up ahead on an empty stretch of road. When we got up there we found a Ducati that had passed us a while back had caught on fire. We helped him put out the fire and gave him a ride a few km to a cafe where he could wait for a ride back to Bangkok for him and his cripsy bike. we asked him what happened and he said his legs felt hot, and when he looked down there were flames shooting out. and pulled it over and jumped off.
This guy is the best in everything that anyone would want in a video about motorcycles! The presentation overall is excellent! Very interesting with great but subtle humor. I totally agree with Tomme23; "Your channel is criminally underrated." Great video! Great channel! Looking forward to a lot more from Gastro Racing!
Brother, I just can’t believe your channel isn’t a top subscribed channel! I truly am amazed by your content. Don’t be discouraged, I truly believe you’ll get what you deserve one day🤙🏼
Man I love this channel! What are your thoughts on Energica? They're still low-production works of art, but being electric removes a lot of the maintenance and heartache. (I've owned a Ducati and Energicas and that's just my experience)
Service intervals are definitely something for people to consider carefully, before they purchase a more niche bike. A friend of mine has a KTM EXC 350 and the valves need doing every 30 hours on those. She was aware of that before she got the bike, so she's still really happy with the bike. Good documentary, thanks for posting and good luck with the channel!
“I was going 60” 😂. I love Italian bikes and cars, also your channel. I’m now subbed. I’ve got a 2008 KTM SuperDuke 990R and that thing drains batteries. Good bike though
Lmao I played that game for 3 years straight everyday, but my 2003 Aprilia RSV Mille was very reliable never let me down but was a bitch to start on cold days, don’t get me started on the Ktm I had 🤦🏾♂️
I just sold my MV Agusta Super Veloce - you are spot on here. KTM have just taken MV Agusta over, it’s now Austrian owned. The designer of many years, Adrian Morton left last year and Brian Gillen the chief engineer left for Norton.
Yessir! 15k major services for the Panigale and Streetfighter v4, I was gonna buy one but 26k+ at 26 years old isn’t what i have unfortunately… may just get a Moto Guzzi V11 Sport and call it quits sadly because the 2003 r1 I have now is too much for my commute
Bro makes a good point. Until the 1800s, 'art' applied generally to any craft that required high levels of craftsmanship and skill. Da Vinci was paid less for painting 'Virgin on the Rocks' than the person who made the frame for the painting. High level motorcycle engineering is an art, in the older sense of the term. It was only in the Romantic era that this unhelpful idea emerged that painting, poetry etc is somehow better or different to other types of craftsmanship.
I’m a Mv Agusta man at heart but I can’t see myself buying one and riding it everyday sadly (Ps I work with Ktm/aprilia, aprilia takes forever to send parts… eta’s are nonexistent)
When Ducati was bought out in 2014 by Lamborghini, Audi, VW, Germany the quality took a massive uptick. I think any Ducati post 2016 would be a solid reliable bike.

Just found this channel, good stuff.I happen to agree with these descriptions of the bikes mentioned as they are spot on.Went ahead and prescribed.👋💀
Great video! :)

I actually had plenty of Italian bikes in the past and not once they failed me. But that might be influenced by the fact that it was on Ride 4.

My vintage Guzzi is an absolute workhorse, but there are plenty of times, I've needed another way to get home. :D
Btw, I feel like especially Ducs made a big turn since they belong to Audi/VW and can actually afford the longer service intervals

@@NudaMan as a fellow 26 year old: get a Triumph triple. It’s all I could want from a motorcycle. Got a street triple RS and it kinda does it all
Excellent content!

way do this guy only have 5k subs 🔥🔥vid❤🔥❤🔥
Honestly I'd like to own a Ducati Scrambler or a Panigale V2. But I don't know if Ducati's L-twin is reliable or not.
When Ducati was bought out in 2014 by Lamborghini, Audi, VW, Germany the quality took a massive uptick. I think any Ducati post 2016 would be a solid reliable bike.
Why did you stop posting,??
me , an italian guy, watching this. pain
just found u, im steaking here for a while or for LONG...
The MV Augusta and the Mona Lisa are both missing eyebrows!
Reliability = Affidabilità
google translate has no reliability😁
so itallian bike are just street legal racebikes
Again some of the most reliable machineries come from Italy.....
what do u say, the u.s.a bikes sucks, i disagree the final part
too long
Mate your videos are awesome, keep up the good work.
