I am a fan of Punk but Punk's comment on the mom bank account was dumb. This is common thing to do with older parents for many reasons but Punk is a multimillionaire who has no contact with his parents and probably has no relatives he speaks to for all i know so he can't comprehend how families operate.

Probably should have kept his thoughts in his head, or messaged him privately if it was something he couldn’t keep inside. ICP was “unintentionally disrespectful” by not shaking hands so CM Punk felt disrespected and was intentionally “disrespectful”in return by not shaking their hands. CM Punk and Colt’s friendship turned sour and he said negative things about him that J related to, and J took offense/also maybe wanted to defend Colt… years and years after the things went down/were said. Kinda weird, but whatever. If for whatever reason the handshake thing hurt that bad (maybe because he was a Punk fan?) then ICP could have explained theirselves and worked things out and they could have been cool. And I get defending your friend, but the time had passed and the beef was/is between them.

The guy just lost his mother last month, and he's probably still in shock. Cut him some slack, he's a human just like you or I.
