If you figure out layout of station in advance, should have enough time. Worst case, you can still use your ticket without buying for short a short miss imo. But do research.

How much does it cost for bus from Füssen bahnhof to the castle?
7 minutes for the connection in Buchloe? That's cutting it very fine 😰
Does the train line have bathrooms/ toilets? 2 hours is a bit long if you have no breaks.
