- This is the Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald song that plays when you battle a gym leader. It was made in Mario Paint Composer, an improved version of the Mario Paint music sequencer.
By the way, the tempo of the first clip is 800, while the rest is 400.

This is by far my most favourite gym battle music. It just pumps me up when it starts up and the opening Pokemon come out...
That's sweet. I loved this song. Reminds me of the struggle I had on the third gym with my grovyle against that magneton. Steel+Grass=GAH!

1:13- The gameboys were very accurate. You know you can lower the volume of the notes with the green bar under the notes. That can be used for a nice stacatto effect. Nice job.
i completely lost my pokemon likeness a long time ago... but this song makes me want to play it again!
Because of the limitations of mario paint composer, you can't always reach the notes you want, so it becomes necessary sometimes to make the notes an octave (it's octave) lower to be able to fit the entire phrase without it all sounding crazy with weird low notes.
I know, I make these videos too.
Oh, and this video deserves some Honors, someone on another video just said "RATE COMMENT AND FAVORITE" which gave him honors. This video deserves honors even if the uploader doesn't ask for them...
I even thought this video is worlds better than the Legend of Zelda Overworld one, probably because LoZ one is more known.

I feel that R/S/E had the second best soundtrack in the Pokemon series, especially the Gym Leader, Legendary, and Elite 4 boss themes.
But I feel that the best final boss theme is the R/B/Y/G Final Gary battle.
Yes it is. Electric moves deal normal damage to Dragon-types, so it's super effective against Altaria. If that's not true, then you might wanna explain how my Rayquaza is always taken down by my friend's Raichu.

I think hold shift for sharps and ctrl for flats but it might be the other way around.
Breloom with Mach Punch, Mega Drain, Bulk Up, Leech Seed does the job as well... if you can get lucky enough to not have the second facade kill you... or you can just lower his accuracy by yes. :)

I will explain how. If you check, you'll find that Dragon types are resistant to Water, Fire, Grass, and Electric moves. This cancels out the FLying weakness...

heh...the easiest way I've found is to fight a long drawn-out battle with all the guys that stay still, so then you can save the Master Ball for the guy that runs
@linkfodao It is already in devolpment i was selected along with a few of my friends to beta test Pokemon B/W and they had also told us to test this Tril version of Ruby And sapphire It was for the DS but i think they might change it to a 3ds game.

i remember on the eighth gym, i was stuck because of the freakin kingedra!it would allways use rest then it would wake up and pulverize my team!
Double kick is the best move in my opinion. Slap em all with 30 PP.

that's because rayquaza is a dragon-flying type the same thing with altaria. you might get a critical hit but still the same thing
Just a bit of critism it seems like you need to drop the sound to a lower level so it sounds deeper. I can't remember if that's octave or pitch.
Well maybe cause you can hear it in 16-bit. Not many people make 16-bit remixes, only 8-bit ones.

@TheUltraBulbasaur but it did it the first time it had ever been saved..i played it for the first night saved ONCE and 1 hour later it said deleting save file. the game can be loaded and ever since it kept doing that...i might get it to load once in a while..i got it from walmart
