Hey! Love from India. The benefits you mentioned about mustard oil are indeed accurate, however extracting the oil with the use of heat severely reduces the quality and thus the benefits of the oil, as the heat destroys most of the nutrients in the oil. Cold pressed Mustard oil, especially the one obtained through a wooden press would be the most ideal form of mustard oil for medicinal use on hair, skin etc. Unfortunately, the cold press method cannot be done at home as it needs to be made in large quantities. In case you have an Indian/Asian supermarket in your area, I would recommend buying and trying out the cold pressed oil once. I am sure you will like it better. Cheers!!!
@@kirannathani9123 I am not aware of that brand name, but if on the bottle it says कच्ची घनी or Cold Pressed, that's the best one to use. In India, the mustard oil you usually get in stores is cold pressed.
Fantastic. In Jamaica we were taught orally that oil is specious. In the BIBLE it also states mustard oil is precious. Now mix with a another oil such as soya oil or corn oil and and what a fantastic oil. Invest in a oil and nut pressor machine it will pay for itself. Get your husband or boyfriend or boys to buy you one for birthday, Christmas, mother's day or just a gift. Time for black men to know how precious their women are. Not just blonde hair blues eyes
Between the dark and light brown mustard seed, which is better? Because I came across both of them but didn't know the one to purchase. Thanks alot for what you do. A new subee
Oh wow, I read a couple articles about it on Google, saying you can't cook with as it is dangerous to ingest it but that it can only be used for hair and cosmetic purposes.
@@OnyxFoodHill in India mustard oil is used in every home for cooking. We get cold pressed mustard oil in every store and every home has litres of mustard oil stored.

Yes, I plan to add the ground mustard seeds into some coconut oil. Just like making chilly oil. No wastage. Can also be used for cooking, I say.

This isn’t an English class on?
It should be clear when you explain
She probably knows more English than you… so yeah, her English is fine.
She speaks more than one language. Typical ignorant mentality. Plus, she had to teach you how to make mustard oil. You should say "thanks."
