    Keerai Sambar:
    Keerai - 1/2 bunch
    Thur dhal - 3/4 th of 1/2 cup
    Tamarind - Little
    Tomato-1
    Onion - 1
    Curry leaves - few
    Salt - to taste
    Mustard - 1 tsp
    Urad dhal - 1 tsp
    Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
    Sambar powder - 3/4 tsp
    Asafoetida - little
    Mel Podi - 1 tsp
    Vaazhaithandu Poriyal:
    Plantain stem / Vazhaithandu - 1 cup
    Onion - 1
    Curry leaves - few
    Green chillies-1
    Salt - to taste
    Mustard - 1 tsp
    Urad dhal - 1tsp
    Coconut scrapping - as required
    Kothavarangai Poriyal:
    Cluster beans / Kothavarangai - 150 gms
    Coconut -2 tbsp
    Mustard - 1 tsp
    Urad dhal - 1 tsp
    Small onions -3

    Jeera - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - to taste
