    Yup, I knew it, 2 cycles, I knew Clarence was on some sort of green bi-cycle. There's no way someone could get this strong naturally. Now I need to figure out the exact gear number. Hard to see from the video.

    Clarence is new to me, very impressive, and only has a SLIGHT brogue 🇮🇪 accent. My late, nearly 90yo, Dublin-born mum came to NYC in 1958 and here in San Francisco in 1960. My bros. and I have triple (🇺🇸🇮🇪🇨🇭) citizenship thanks 🙏🏻 to her and our Swiss-born father. He passed away 02/20/2022, 45 days after mom.

    The Olympic stands he's using at the nine minute mark, can one use those for benching? Because man, they save a lot of space, and I've seen him and others just pick theirs up and move it around like a microphone stand.

    How would you recommend warming up for a tricking session? I'm trying to get into it, but I always feel like my body is not ready to start getting thrown around all crazy & shit

      Just warm up basic movements and slowly progress them up

    I think ima go into Olympic weightlifting instead of powerlifting. I’d love to be athletic like Clarence. Like what’s the point of being strong if there’s no athleticism to back it🤷🏻‍♂️ plus being able to do backflips would be sick

      I don't think it depends on that
      you can be an aesthetic powerlifter and an unaesthetic olimpic weightlifter too
      it really depends on your training style

      @@tamashorvath7954 he was saying athletic, not aesthetic. Also, if you train other stuff, then you can be an athletic powerlifter, I've seen several that really impressed me. But for pure training in either power or weight lifting, Olympic style weight lifting will help you be more athletic do to the explosiveness of the exercises.
