  • In this video we will look inside each one of our toddler's preschool busy bins and talk about how we use them during our homeschool day. These bins have multiple games and activities that help keep my toddler busy and learning while we do our homeschool work during the day. I hope this list of ideas is helpful to you!

Great ideas for what to put in bins. I need to make these for my two year old.

Thank you for sharing what you do. We have a bun of activities, but it is a great idea to sort them to ensure they are always doing something different and not get bored.

Sorting them all out seems to work well for us. We use to have a bunch of activities just sitting in one or two big containers together. I found that we kept pulling out the same ones each time and that some of them where never even getting used at all. Sorting them out allows us to make sure that we use them all and it definitely keeps my preschooler entertained since it’s something different every day. 😊

She definitely enjoys doing them! She gets so excited when it’s time to do her “learning games.”

Just came across this video, great info! Can you tell me where you found the privacy shields that you were using for your kids desks? I’m starting homeschooling and can already see that sharing a table is causing some issues, I never thought about something like that but it seems like a great idea!

for the pasta activity in the first bin, I would include pictures of the pasta in different patterns so that she could copy the pictures and recreate patterns! (which I see you did with the penguins)!

That’s a great idea! (I love it when one activity can help with multiple skills.)

Where did you get the 4 boxes?

I got them from Hobby Lobby. I believe they were over in the scrapbooking section. I really love that the boxes are able to hold quite a few items, but they are still small enough that they can stack and not take up a whole lot of extra room.
