    No special tool is required if you have an angle grinder 😂. Nice touch with dremel

    Cool project. I love when you tackle these jobs that are new to you so we can watch how you tackle the item.
    I have a question about the stainless steel, you mention that if it is non magnetic it is stainless and if it is magnetic it is just regular steel but I have taken apart antique knives that have hollow sterling handles that are marked stainless blade and they have been magnetic, how come that is.
    Bless you as well my friend

    • @scrapitall200
      @scrapitall200  Годину тому +1

      Technically it’s still stainless steel, it’s just a lower grade stainless that the scrapyard won’t pay stainless steel prices.
      Thank you my friend! Hope you have a great weekend

    That was a fun scrap. Amazing sometimes how things are put together. Were the gears plastic or nylon? For the price of those electric bikes you’d think they would be metal. God Bless you.

    It's like you need your own shredder to grossly disassemble some things. Angle grinder blades aren't expensive but you'd really eat them up with something like this.

    • @scrapitall200
      @scrapitall200  Годину тому

      The disks I use are about 50 cents a pieces, but I really didn’t use much of the disk. I try not to use my grinder since that costs money, but sometimes it’s just the right tool lol.
      Thank you for watching.

    Another great video. But in my opinion, people should stay away from the angle grinder as much as possible. I've seen over 500 stitches because of the angle grinder.
    And yes some of it is stupidity. Always wear safety glasses, even if it's for something as simple as griming a rived i also used a pair of welder's gloves to protect my hands. If you're cutting spokes off of a bicycle wheel with the grinder, you should always cut close to the hub. This way, it won't bounce as much. Less chance for a blade to get caught and break. And finally, if you remember me, I finally dismantled thirty five out of thirty seven major appliances after I finished the last 2 stoves today. I don't want to see a major applied for at least a month.😂🤠

      @scrapitall200 that's even better.
      I really got lucky taking apart washing machines.I got to take apart 3 washing machines that were the exact same brand and model which made taking all 3 apart, very fast, the kicker, what they're the same exact wash machine I have in my house, so I was able to scavenge some parts incase I need to repair mine. But having that type of luck sometimes scares me because normally, after something realgood happens, something really, bad happens, so i'm looking in the sky for that house to fall on me😮🤠
