TRYING an OVERNIGHT CAPSULE HOTEL TRAIN in JAPAN!

  • I tried an overnight capsule hotel train across Japan and it was an amazing travel experience! The capsule was truly unique compared to other Tokyo capsule hotel pods and made my overnight train ride from Tokyo across Japan incredibly special and comfortable. This train had many Japanese amenities like vending machines, and bento boxes. In terms of the Japanese train itself it was composed of only sleeper cars and ranged from first class sleepers, to capsules. Enjoy this incredibly unique combination of a capsule hotel tour and a overnight train experience!

One of my favorite things about your videos is how different people treat the camera. For example, in Japan, people seem to ignore your camera. My guess would be their manners and the fact that they have some of the greatest technology in the world. They are just use to it. However, in Dubai, people stare at your camera. May just be the sociology major in me, but I find this fascinating.

    3 tips:
    1. There’s no food on board, so buy an ekiben (or 2) before boarding. There are vending machine for drinks though
    2. There’s an on board shower, but shower vouchers (6 minutes of water) are limited, so buy quickly!
    3. Bring your own towel for the shower as it is not supplied.
