Dp= inlet pr - outlet pr, hota hai
Gas ka flow hmesa high pr se low pr ki or hota h, isliye niche chamber me pr high hoga or upr me low.
Exactly....so DP = Pr in Chamber 1 - Pr in Chamber 2; just opposite the way it has been shown in the video! 🤦♂🤦♂

Bagfiltter 3hours k bad suction kam kr deta h....timing 30sec se 1min tak kar k dekh liya...
Means running me dust paas nhi hota h ..uske lye blower bar bar off Krna padta h.
Blower thodi der k liye off kar dene se bag acche se clean ho jate hai.

Aapne bola purging k time suction band ho jata hai kaise actuator ko to operate krna padega duct line bnd krne k liye aur dusri baat agar suction bnd hota hai to kya sirf jis line mein purging hota ussi line mein suction bnd hota hai? Suction bnd hona mtlb y to ID fan bnd krna y fir suction damper k gate bnd krna
Vo band hota hai actuator ki madad se pneumatic Cylinder connected rehta hai damper se
Suppose 4 chamber (hopper ) hai apke bagfilter me to at a time 2 me suction hoga aur 2 me do me damper close rahega Jo close hoga us chambers me purging hota hai.
Fir kuch samay baad baki k 2 chamber me suction hoga yani uska gate/damper khulega aur jiska khula tha vo band ho jayega .
Ye sari settings apko apne hisab se karani hai ki kitne sec Tak konse chambers me gate open hoga kisme close aur usi hisab se purging bhi set Kiya jata hai.
@@superfaststudyexperiment 1-2 doubts aur hai clear kr dijiye sbse pehle bataye k agar koi dedusting system k capacity puchta hai iska mtlb kya ID fan k flow k capacity hota hai? dusra poppet cylinder jo outlet damper hota uska function kya upper chamber se air suction kr k ID fan k duct line k through chimney mein bhejna hota hai?third agar pulsing normal nhi hoti jaise ek time pr simultaneously 2 pulsing valve operate ho jaati hai to iska kya reason hai aur isko kaise correct kiya ja skta hai? kyuki is wajah se compressor k outlet pressure down ho jayega to automatically compressor trip ho skta hai.. aur ek chiz agar ID fan k vertical mein vibration bdta hai iska mtlb mechanical loose fitting higi y fir base structure k issue hoga, horizontal mein bdta hai to balancing y fir bearing k clearance k issue hai aur axial mein bdta hai to alignment k problem hai am i right y fir aur bhi kuch karan hote hai?

Sir why RAV needed in bag filter????
For discharge material RAV is used . Just to stop false air to enter chamber from discharge side.
DP high low ke single reason bataye hai..aur details me batana chahiye.
Bag new replace karne ke bad,purging off time kam kiya phir bhi DP kam nahi ho raha hai.
Normal means? Bataya nahi hai video me.
If dp not down that means some problem in design or bags is totally chocked.
Nehni app wrong bolreho inlet chamber me jyada pressure rehta he outlet se..
