Tracking is awesome. My 44 year old daughter had a new doctor appointment and they wanted to know when I went into menopause and I was actually able to give her the exact date of my last period which was 15 years ago. She was amazed that I had that info but what was wonderful was that I could provide that to her so she knows what happen for her regarding her cycles.
Great video as always. I got some inspo from your last year wellness journal and add some trackers for my symptoms and cycle and just started using it and I'm already loving 🎉

Thank you for watching! It took a few days on and off. I did it in pencil first so I could erase any mistakes. It was my first time making one from scratch so I imagine it took me a while for that reason.
