I think we're on to something here! I suffer from anxiety & depression and the Lord's presence always changes the atmosphere. I try to calm my anxiety by exercising, drawing/painting, and now I want to learn song language worship dance. I believe dance can help calm you down especially in worship💗

You can also slow the speed at which the video plays by slowing it or making it faster. See the little toggle wheel looking thing in the top right corner of the screen,click on it, and then playback speed. Hope this helps! God bless!🤟
