For real. I'm doing my Hardcore run through and saved the game after the cart section. I thought I missed the treasure during that part and pretty much hammered ALT+F4 after that. Had to make sure and found this video. Phew.
Just a small tip for the mine cart section it helped with aiming to turn on the Dot display in the settings so the retecule is always on

Thankfully there are autosave checkpoints in the minecart, take damage, just reload the autosave
