It’s crazy that this era has both the dark ages and the golden age of Michigan football. Go blue!! College football is about to never be the same though
the beauty of this sport is that one moment is your teams most crushing defeat, and then the next is their greatest triumph. it was truly a sport like no other
I got so many chills and emotions watching this. Thank you so much for this video. It was truly a special time in college football and in sports. The memories of that era will last forever.
This has got to be the best college football video i've ever seen....so many legendary moments....i got chills, goosebumps, and tears watching (perfect music too 👌🏻). ALL HAIL COLLEGE FOOTBALL ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻
One of your best videos! Sad to see such a magical era end. It really sucks how it became all about money and not tradition. I was watching the national championship and I saw a PAC-12 ad, I got so sad when I realized I might never see another again. At least it ended with the first Michigan Natty in years. Go Blue! I'm excited to see what this new era has in store.
Even as a Georgia fan, I gotta admit. 2nd and 26, though heartbreaking, was one of the greatest moments ever in sports. That and Jalen Hurts comeback the following SEC Championship. If you love the game of college football, you can appreciate glorious moments even on the losing side.
THANK YOU! As a Bama fan I really felt the hate in this clip cause there was literally only 3 clips of Bama in this and the only good one was 2nd and 26 lol. Like come on! The most dominant coach and team of this time period and they get two clips of getting beat and one of winning.
Agreed. Additionally, with all the field goals featured in this video, I think it should have included Will Reichard's kick to become the all-time leading scorer in all of CFB history.
As a Buckeye fan I love that now instead of just making videos about the team you support, youre making videos supporting all of college football, especially that Ohio State-Michigan video supporting both teams in the lead up to the 2023 game.
Amazing video. As an American living in Australia I am a Michigan fan, so GO BLUE! This video was great. 2006-2023 was truly the prime age of college football. I hate this new conference realignments, it doesn't make any sense. This truly was the end of an era. So many great moments, and that's why college football is probably my favorite sport of all time, if not the NBA. I was actually at the Rose Bowl this year and it was magical to see my wolverines beat my most hated team in Alabama, which was actually Saban's final game. Nice to witness part of this final 4-year playoff season in person. Great vid tho!
I know a lot of this hurt to edit as a Michigan fan. I’m sure hardware eases the pain. As a Bama fan, there were some stingers but I can’t complain. Welcome to the club Wolves. Great season. Great video, man.
I think this is a mixture of two eras (the BCS was an era, and the 4 team CFP was a second), but still a really good video that I shared on Reddit not long after you released it. Fun stuff! Hope youre considering a Michigan's season video
PSA TO ALL THE SEC ELITISTS (Alabama, Georgia & LSU specifically) This is NOT an SEC tribute video. It's NOT showing all the best players and best teams and showcasing the SEC's dominance. I have gotten SO many angry alabama, LSU, and georgia fans whining about why i didnt include more of their wins in here. I have at least 2 wins for all three of those schools. Some schools got no wins in here, you got 2. Alabama beating Norte Dame 42-10 in the national championship isnt really an iconic moment. Alabama beating Georgia on the last play IS. Just like that's why i included Georgia's win over ohio state rather than the 66-7 win over TCU. Yes, alabama fans, it is considered a huge achievement to beat alabama that is why the losses are iconic moments. It's part of what happens when you are so dominant. If you don't like how much your team was featured, make your own video that takes 100 hours.
Thru 11 mins, where I stopped, FSU was the butt of 4-5 plays (deservedly so I admit) while the LSU blocked PAT was the only highlight. And yea, no Winston to KB, Whitfield 100 yd KO return, Jordan Travis run vs UF, 2017 FSU v Mich in the bowl game, pick any game with Dalvin Cook running, Dustin Hopkins 50+ yard FG as time expires to beat Clem I think in 2011, etc. Cool video and you cant please everyone but missed important highlights and illustrates why FSU wants out of the ACC to get a more noteworthy conference.
Awesome! Just f•°king awesome🥲! Miss hearing Keith Jackson, Brent Musberger and Vern Lundquist on some of those great calls 😢 Well done sir! Whenever I'm feeling down this is going to be my go to video 👍👏😁 〽️🏈💪👊🍾🎉🏆😎
Amazing video editing skills again! I always look forward to your videos but you gotta start giving us a warning if the video is going to hit us in the feels haha
THIS IS A WONDERFUL piece of art. Thank you so much for doing this. Now, we look forward to a new era in College Football. Also, what is that music in the background called? I love it.
Please make an updated version of your 2% to #2 video. That one was amazing!! Maybe like make it an extended cut that includes the journey to the national title.

How about Texas handing Saban his worse home loss during his time at Alabama? Or any Colt McCoy era highlights or them winning the final Texas/texas a&m game? I get it if you’re just another Texas hater and I compliment you on making sure the greatest game ever played got the first clip!
Really 2 and 4 were never enough, 3/5 would always feel slightly robbed, but 12 is way to much imo, shoulda been 8 but I’m glad they are expanding at all
I think 12 is the perfect number. Make conference championship wins matter, and let the top ranked “little guy” get a shot. They’re gonna get stuffed 9 times out of 10, but with the way the transfer system works now, you could get 3 and 4 stars that may not see the light of day at all (or soon enough to those guys) transferring to those smaller schools for the instant start that could shorten the gap some. Every other level of football also does 10+ team playoffs. Why can’t the FBS do it with the way the playing field has been leveled some with the recent changes?
@@clark2501 8 would be perfect because, give each power 5 conference champion (the ones that have an actual championship game like the sec and b10) an automatic spot, then the 3 at large teams
