Route Nationale #7 Les Cayes - Jeremie, Haiti

This survey was concluded the day before the devastating earthquake that struck on August 14th, 2021. RN7, the road surveyed in this video was extensively damaged.

Excellent overview of National Rte 7! I like the map at the start of the video. If Department Route 72 (Grand'Anse) was improved to the standard of Nat. Rte. 7, I think an economic boom would start in western Grand'Anse. Departmental Route 72 needs to be improved from the bridge in Jeremie to Les Irois for the economic boom to start. Jeremie, Marfranc, Moron, and Chambellan can become an industrial corridor thanks to the the power of the Riviere Grand'Anse.

Great to see this video. I lived near Les Cayes in the late 1980s, and, "mez anmi", that road looks amazing. Has it been rebuilt since the earthquake in 2021?
