Eagles supporter here but that looked in to me. It only looks out because of the curvature of the boundary line. Draw a straight line down to the boundary and its touching.
I agree with this assessment, the ball looks very barely in bounds at all times if you take perspective into consideration. However it is hard to tell since we don't have a camera angle from directly above where the ball was looking straight down, so there is a chance it was in fact out, but I think it was in.
It may have been in, it may have been out, but if you want to keep this rule where out-of-bounds occurs when the ball is out and not the player, then this sort of stuff is going to happen.
