Nicely done, sir! Oddly, I was just given some 52100, and just bought a container of the Noscale, so when I get to the 52100 there will be kitchen knives aplenty, hopefully as nice as yours. I won't be able to do stock removal as my 52100 comes from a bearing race from a concrete truck, but that just adds to the challenge.
Nice. Just remember to do all you’re heat treating to avoid stressing the steel in the quench. And depending how thin you forge it to there’s a strong chance it will warp (I had one warp but didn’t show it, had to scrap it) but if it does you can blue back it to get it straight
