What happens when 53 year old men race mountain bikes. This video improved my knowledge of my various self inflicted and painful conditions, and thank you so very much. Not where one would want to be during a pandemic, but this vid helped.

My therapist broke his neck in a car accident, and was still able to surf when he recovered months later. Then he broke it again mountain biking…he lived and is not severely crippled but his neck doesn’t have the mobility to surf anymore. His true passion was always surfing….I love that man and I hate mountain biking. Oh. And he is in his 60s and was when these things happened to him.
