Ok update the kids name is Luke Walford so he has been in 4 movies the first one is storyland 2016 plays a kid named Daniel . 2016 childer plays a kid named Mark. 2017 safe haven plays a kid named Zoran . 2018 the invention plays a kid named Franke so that is all 4 movies luke walford has been in
This is a masterpiece, in my opinion. I've watched a lot of horror and nothing has stuck with me as much as the scene where the mother finally says 'childer'. Everything about this is just so off-putting and disturbing, and I loved every second. I genuinely had to look away a few times the first time I watched, and I rarely do that. Truly fantastic work. Edit: I am very curious about the significance of the bowl filled with apples. If anyone has a theory about that I'd love to hear it
I think the apples is the number of children she has killed at that point in time. The children in the forest were mostly b/w 1-4. The child she killed at the end was the 5th.
All of them were her children, she has a kind of OCD and has killed her children in past. Cabbage patch is a story told to children when they ask where they came from.

@@MadhavKumarSinghTomar Great assessment. But it does seem that the cabbage patch story is a bit more than just a story. I think the implication is that when she buries a child in the cabbage patch, they eventually come back (maybe as one of the forest childer). The last scene shows her picking up the ball that she had buried previously, implying that things don't stay buried in the cabbage patch
It was not her son Did you see when he was in the bath, he was speaking but didn't move his mouth? In other words, the child who came back to the mother after Halloween that day, was not her son but his doppelganger
Brilliant. That is my frog, i own and supplied him for the film that day lol. Great group of folk and kids.
