If you compare Germany with the US, Germany is sex positive. But not as far as you mentioned. And in the risk to disillusion you, Germany does not look like this idealized historical "German" village in the video. Well, you might find villages with old houses in that stile. You'll not see naked people in the streets, maybe at some special beaches in the summer.
