RIP Jim...You provided race fans with so many great drives. Just one more reason to hate Covid. Thoughts are with your family and close friends...
What a phenomenal video for so many reasons.
I had the privilege of getting coaching from Jim. RIP best coach ever I always watch this video before I race or track at Sebring. He was a great guy awesome race car driver and coach
Outstanding commentary from the cockpit - awesome.
I used this video to shave time of my sim racing
Jim Pace is my new Hero! Such a smooth an competent display of driving pleasure. One day I will on track driving like this. One day
Jim was my instructor at Skip Barber, great driver and coach!!!
Well you had one of the best then.
Mine as well, a while back ago. Excellent direction.
Jim Pace our favorite racer!!!!, our best for him from Perú, South America. Saw him race at Daytona, he is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a well fitting lastname :)
Still nice to watch after 8 years
Thanks, Jim. RIP.
Nice and smooth...and poweeeeeer
Those bumps on the concrete surface makes this a difficult track even with a well damped suspension
God bless you Jim. Your coaching videos have helped my driving at my own track days. We miss you
Another awesome video of Jim"Nice and smooth"Pace!
Keep up the great work for your and our pleasure
Cheers
I raced at Sebring this past New Years Eve. In respect to Jim and this video I "acknowledged" the starter every lap in my two hour and a half stints.
I do about 12 track days a year at Sebring with Chin. I watch this video at nights before track days when staying at the Seven Hotel just to see the lines a master like Jim takes.
That’s what I’m doing right now except it’s with PBOC instead of Chin!
You should try the Inn on the Lakes hotel if you haven't already. Super nice place and plenty of old racing photos in the bar/restaurant.
Me too. Lol
Im watching this right now the day after the Chin annual Night Track Session, where in the dark my brain forgot how to take Turn17 properly 😅
Less brake-More power, JP a great coach!
that was really fun to watch . thanks from germany !
That was rad. And it makes me want to track a RSR even more than I did before.
Jim Pace's videos are great!

I just love racing
Thanks again Jim! Love your videos; you've helped me immensely with VIR and now Sebring (going for the 1st time next weekend). As an instructor, I strive to be able to narrate a lap the way you can - awesome!

nice!
Solid
That car's got a great Pace
thanks jp! rip...nice dangling key chain
Jim didn't mention anything about some of the big curbs at Sebring like the one at the apex of 3. Damn thing punts me every time I get greedy.
Great ride, in a great car. I don't think I could have talked during a lap at Sebring when I raced my 3.0 RSR there in '75 and '77. The old 5.2 mile track was VERY rough, but still managed to finish.
We were curious if that was you. We had your RSR at Daytona a few years ago! Love to see you at an event!
@@historicsportscars.
The #30 RSR I drove to a Sebring 12hr win in '77 (also 2nd in '75) is now in Sweden. I'm building another RSR now and plan on doing a few historic events in 2020.
@@Cmoredebris We'd love to have you! The car ran with us in 2016. Bobby Rahal and another gentlemen drove it. Not sure where it is now, but it was in Daytona with us :)
@@historicsportscars The RSR is now in Sweden, as a part of a very large Porsche collection. Yes, I'd like to race at Sebring in one of your events. Who should I talk to at HSR?
use all the road ...
Do u left foot brake on soft braking parts?.
Sweeeet... looks like a work out too.
RIP 😥🙏
no power steering?
Like I'll ever have the opportunity to drive on Sebring. Loved the video though.
Get iracing.

UA-cam issue not us.
Is Bishop's bend also flat out in a 300 to 400hp road car?
Yes it can be if you have the nerve to do it. It's really tough to commit to that!
Great stuff.
And to think, 6 people voted this video down!😂
Not easy...
