Korea felt tags are known for that style felt tag the USA tag is way different it's usually not spread out as much. Great collection love the Csonka the USA can't beat that was a nice piece you got from Ron.
You're the jersey king, man lol I have a couple racks myself but nothing compared to you. You have the best collection ive ever seen. Love all your videos
1989 is when the 49ers made the switch from screened Russell jerseys to sewn Wilsons so it could be that whoever said that they wore both types that year was just seeing some guys in Russell jerseys that were carried over.
MightyFan do you have a store or eBay account where you sell? Or any friends of yours you would direct me to buy from on eBay or otherwise? Love your content so would prefer if you profited in some way from my non-M&N store purchases, but I’m a size 40 so unfortunately couldn’t do any straight up trades lol.
I don’t sell lol...these mean too much to me to move 😉 You can run a search on eBay such as “Ness Jersey”...I think you can narrow down the search by size too 👍
I just got my 94 Emmitt in from the M&N site and for some reason the white that is in the numbers and on the shoulder stars is a strange light shade of blue on my jersey. This has to be either a production error or a defective item right? I went and contacted CS to see what they tell me. Very disappointing because I was really excited for this jersey.
@@MightyMouseFan78 I created the return request but I might have to re-order it and send back the original for a refund. This can’t possibly be how they produced all of them it has to be a defect I received.
I know that you had talked about the custom numbers put on jerseys. I have something different that I wondered if you thought would be able to be done. I went to the 2019 all star game and I picked up the Bryce all star jersey. I want to get the T Mobile homerun derby patch but I can’t find it anywhere on patch websites or eBay. Do you think it would be possible for him to make a patch? Thanks
@@MightyMouseFan78 Yeah but there is so many different kinds of them and all of them are in crap condition is this one a massive rare Jersey? I have the 1968 Namath Jersey but just missing the White One in your video. Do you know if they'll come out with more or this is a limited edition jersey? Thanks for your time and responding
I'm certain that they didn't make a 1990 Montana Pro Bowl and he actually didn't even play in the game that year or any year they wore that style. However. had he played he would have in all likelihood have worn #16 since he had seniority over punter Rich Camarillo. Idk if Montana pulled out late or what but Camarillo oddly enough didn't wear it either, but #15 instead.
Hey MightyMouse, 2-part question for you: 1. You mentioned that the Seahawks M & N Legacy model is essentially what the authentic would be as far as correct stitching, heat press, etc. Can you provide a quick list of teams this applies to? 2. Because some authentics closely resemble the Legacy line in terms of fabrics (e.g., old Seahawks), do you think that is why M & N has not released or re-stocked authentics in these models? (Other Examples *I think* but could be wrong on: Teal Jags mid-90s, Kelly green Keyshawn, creamsicle Bucs, some of the 49ers, etc.) I have noticed most of the authentic still available on the official site are ones where the numbers are non-stitched and thus would be a more different from the Legacy version (ex. ‘85 Bears heat-pressed Payton). Curious if you think they believe Legacy = authentic for some of the stitched?
I meant more single-stitched. The legacy line is far different than the authentic one as far as materials go, stitching for teams who used layered stitching for numbers/letters, stitching of logos and such, heat-pressed numbers/letters for other teams who used them, the cut of the jerseys, patches etc. I don’t think M&N sees these as the equals to the authentic ones. They are a cheaper alternative that sell well and so they shall continue to make them...authentics too, but they seem to be a bit more selective on the ones made for that line.
Thanks for the quick response! Got it, very helpful. The selectivity for the authentics seems odd given what seems to be the market for them (though maybe we are in a collector’s bubble). They are essentially letting the trade market prophet from resales of jerseys that are (seemingly?) still in-demand. But perhaps the $150 price point has been a sweet spot for them, especially with the economy taking a hit lately.
Another theory after thinking about it more: They earn higher margins on the replicas (don’t know this for sure, just a theory based on your assertion that the materials for authentics are of higher quality) made them pivot to a strategy of “If a customer spends $300, we’d rather sell them two replicas than one authentic.” This would also explain why they re-branded “replica” models to the more prestigious-sounding “Legacy.” I’m not familiar with the pre-Legacy “Replica” models (I have always been an authentic-only guy, but just started to consider Legacy for non-available authentics), but I wonder if they were able to take their “Replica” branded models and slap the new “Legacy” tags on those back when they first re-branded? Could even see them having overproduced replicas and thus attempting to sell out of those hoping customer buys 2 instead of 1 (this is the former finance guy in me thinking). Also wonder if they’re on hard times due to the economy given the slow pace of re-stocks.
Rams collection just pops. Hands down one of the unforgettable collection 😍
