I have some advice:
Choose a day. Any day. And pre-plan your whole day. COMPLETELY. From start to finish being as humanly productive as you can and set out just that day. And when the day comes execute FULLY. Absolutely everything you have planned. And try to have “the most productive day of your life”
I promise you if you do this. You will have a guidline for what you are capable of as a person and set the standard for where you want to be to achieve your goals. 68 days in reality has been enough time to make you at least 20k USD for a business. I have seen people do it from scratch.
You need to get there mentaly its not a physical thing.
