That's what social proof and reviews are for 😉 If you know how to create quality funnels, landing pages, ecom CRO, sales copy, customer proof, social proof and you sell a good product then it's very easy to sell items like this online and to keep a low return rate!

Pretty sure Scandinavian Boucle Sofa is not a thing, it's made up so he can differentiate his brand from others and create a new specific market for himself. The sofa just has to look good inside a Scandinavian home design, it think that's the idea here

my concern is why would someone who is decorating their home spend thousands on sofas from online instead of actual physical stores that they can see and touch and actually physically pick out furniture?
