Very close! Minus the healthcare, but you’ve got some good centers within 30 minutes

How are the taxes there ? Insurance, etc, you talk so casually about the home prices… it’s probably quiet there because the sales are down
Property taxes are right around 1.2%. You will also have Mello Roos tax in 4S & Del Sur that can be a couple thousand a year…it will vary
There’s no place to park if you want to go to a park, unless you live across the street. Older folks can’t drive up to the parks
Sounds like It’s over crowded
