- Hello, folks! Danny here! I just wanted to thank you all so much for your support and feedback regarding the GHP project. With your feedback and Let's Plays, I've been able to fix numerous glitches and tweak a few things to make this updated version of the game even better than it was at initial launch.

This game is a lot of fun. Some comments and a few suggestions. Edit: may contain spoilers

1. Absolutely LOVE how there are multiple ways to reach objectives. I found that bouncing on spring to spring to reach one Chaos Emerald near the waterfall very difficult, the camera keeps panning back up and its hard to refocus it to see where landing, might have been better to allow a chain of homing attacks instead of requiring high bouncing if the camera ends up auto panning back up mid high bounce. Buuuuut... that was all made cool by the fact there are other ways to reach that Emerald. Multiple ways of getting somewhere greatly reduces frustration factor.
2. Character and model design. By now I don't think its a spoiler anymore than Super&Hyper sonic forms are possible to find, being their thumbnail is visible on like 100 youtube reviews. That said the character design for them looks excellent. I like how you made that character model slightly bigger than regular sonic because he moves so fast this puts him slightly further from the POV when he gets up moving, and this makes it easier to see what is going on and control which direction he is moving in.
3. Placement of helpful items. Well thought out. Options available to make the navigation easier, so it rewards you to look for the boxes.
Now a few suggestions:
1. An options menu to turn on & off certain features in the game, which could even apply to these suggestions. By having certain features available to turn on & off players can customize certain things, which brings us just a pinch closer to that mythical "pleasing everyone".
2. Respawning helpful items like Boxes and shields and even rings. I noticed a few objects already do respawn, and that is great, but an option to turn that on for every item, with perhaps a few minute delay until respawn would be helpful to people who like to explore for long time periods. Especially in Super&Hyper form, kind sucks to run out of juice. At the same time this might make things too easy for some players, so having it as an on/off option would make sense.
3. Respawning enemies as an option to increase difficulty, as well as give you something to run around and do once in Hyper form. It can be cathartic to just run around mashing the badnicks and gives the game a bit more life because the level won't get empty after playing in it a while. Because it might increase frustration factor for some players, it also makes sense as an on/off option.

For some reason the jump and roll buttons are on the triggers instead of A and B. Does anyone know a fix for this?

You know, this shows alot of potential. The feel of the old sonic is there in spades but in 3D. I worry to suggest but have you ever thought about putting in some kind of trick system that youd imagine sonic could do to look all cool. Like being able to pose at the end of jumps or grapple elements in the enviroment to spin around or launch off. Like i see in the maps a real almost skater esque type of game on the ramps at the lower speeds. We all know Sonic likes to look "way past cool" sometimes even to cringe levels. Could such an element be added to this i wonder?
so is this going to be a full game or just 2 acts?

Could I ask what the minimum specs are for this game to run smoothly? I have the graphics settings set on "Minimum" and it still only achieves 22 fps at best.

Its an amazing sonic fan game. My one and only critique is that pressing X doesn't allow you to boost. Feel like this game would be x10 more perfect with it.
