Former NYPD Chief Maddrey's lawyer denies sexual misconduct allegations

Former NYPD Chief Jeffrey Maddrey denied allegations of sexual misconduct at a press conference, calling them retaliatory. His lawyers allege the claims are tied to an internal investigation into his accuser, Lt. Quathisha Epps, and say they have evidence of a consensual relationship.
